I placed an online order through the app. Was notified that my order was ready to pick up and it took me five minutes to get to the restaurant. When I walked into the restaurant, there was nothing on the shelf so I went to the register to inquire. There was one employee behind the counter, but he was busy refilling condiments, and made no attempt to address my needs. After several minutes, I finally walked over to the pick up window and picked up my sandwich. The employee yelled at me for intruding on his space. I explained to him that I was informed my sandwich was ready to pick up. He invited me never to purchase from Jimmy John’s again. I am sure I can avoid that Jimmy John’s in the future!

Delivery is always mediocre. They never send napkins. I wouldn’t say anything but this happens every time I order from here. See photo for how much they actually pay attention to their job. They want to charge $5 for delivery. Why don’t you make sure you do it correctly. NO STRAW THIS TIME EITHER.

Couldn't make a sandwich correctly if they tried. The Independence Mo. Store is by far better, and they make it like you ask them to.
The line was backed up and online orders were waiting. The staff was friendly and worked hard to get all the orders our. Will still visit

This was our first visit ever to a JJ! It was okay! The bread was ok, and the selection of toppings was limited and unexpected! The facility was nice and clean and the staff wasn't the most helpful being a first time customer. I know what to expect now so I'll give them another try later down the road! Everything tasted good and fresh! We ate in to get a feel of the restaurant chain and measure their atmosphere!
