Quick service even during lunchtime on a weekday. Good brisket sandwich which tasted even better with KC's BBQ. Good temperature and the bread wasn't saggy. Great banana pudding. Although it was packed, I walked inside, got in line, and it took about 5 min until I had my order in my hands and was trying to find a table. The table turnover is quick and the staff is also quick in cleaning it.

Always come here when I am in town. Definitely top 3 if not the best BBQ in KC. Their team is quick too.

Took one of my daughters who was decidedly not at barbecue fan. I said you're going this time. She's converted. It. Is. THAT. good!

(Olathe location) The buildup to trying this place resulted in a major letdown. We were surprised to see that they don't have table service. Like many BBQ places, you order and pickup at the counter. We had basic brisket sandwiches. They were good and tender. One order of fries is plenty for 2 people. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the prices. Crazy expensive. If I'm going to spend $20 per person for a basic meal, it needs to be table served. We had a regular brisket sandwich, a large sandwich, one order of fries, and 2 fountain drinks for $42, including tax and tip. Tip for what, you ask? Good question! It's one of those places where you have the option of adding a tip when you pay at the counter. I won't be doing that again!
