WARNING!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I went to the location on Blackbob Rd. and found a BUG in my chicken taco and they couldn’t have cared less. The manager wrote it off as scrapings from the bottom of the pan, but that’s just simply not true. It’s very clearly a bug!!

I had a very odd and honestly uncomfortable experience today. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more condescending person as my server was. First off, I was wearing a mental health awareness T-shirt that is quite common and sold in a lot of places and the first thing he said in a very snarky way “well that’s an interesting shirt” his tone took me off guard and I just said “thanks” I have very short hair by choice and didn’t wear makeup today and he kept referring to me as “bro” again in that snide kind of way. I really didn’t like it And after a few times, I’m not sure if he could tell I didn’t like it or what because then he switched over to “Madam” The whole experience was just very odd and felt unwelcoming, And ended with a “God bless you” As we were leaving. Not to mention The food was not fresh and the rice was crunchy, but after feeling so uncomfortable, I didn’t want to say anything and just left
Our waitress was outgoing and very helpful. We were a table of 8 and got our food and drinks very quickly. The food was excellent! Will definitely be back, next time I'm in town!

Leslie and Jamal are such wonderful servers! Always kind, attentive, and smiling. Even on their busiest nights, they are so friendly. Leslie is quick to notice if we need something before we even say it. Jamal's jokes and charisma add to the nice atmosphere.

Called in to place an order was hung up on the 1st time. called the 2nd time no apology was given for being hung up on and I was rushed to place the order. called the 3rd to ask for a manager and was told I was speaking to the manager who took my order informed her that it was poor customer service not to apologize for hanging up on me and to rush me while ordering. Busy or not you signed up to work in the restaurant business so you should know what comes with it! I should not feel like a burden for calling and giving you business! I will never attend this restaurant again and will be sure to spread the word on all platforms.

First time ever at the Pepper and it was DLicious. The Mahi tacos where excellent and the service was fast and very friendly and since it was my birthday I tried fried ice ream that they gave me and it was freaking awesome. Definitely a regular now
