Got the wrong food won’t answer the phone when I called to resolve the issue

Zero Stars. Just like others I encountered the incredibly rude manager Bertha. Ordered my item no answer another voice comes on it's Bertha I tell my order again. Has me pulled to the side for fries then never bring some out completely forgets about us. After 15 minutes I go in and she gives us the wrong order. It took so long I had to take my husband back to work and he couldn't eat his lunch. I drove back to tell her that I got the wrong order and she tried to tell me that I ordered it wrong. I explained to her that I told the first woman what my order was and that when she put it in she put it wrong. She kept trying to tell me well it's all chicken so can't you eat it. No it is not all the same thing. And no my husband can no longer eat his lunch. I also reminded her how she forgot about us no response would not acknowledge this just kept telling me I ordered the food wrong. I had to come in to get the order because nobody would bring it out to us when they told us to wait on the side of the building. She told me well when you came in to get your food you should have took it and checked it and I said no you made the food you should have checked it.
I informed her that we didn't even receive a receipt. She wouldn't respond to this kept shaking her head at me. Handed me my refund and tried to slam the door in my face. I didn't raise my voice I didn't scream at her but I continued to let her know that she was in the wrong here. She continued to talk loudly to other customers on the speaker and ignore me. Bertha makes mistakes but Bertha can't own up to it. It's all chicken Bertha says no matter how much you paid for it just eat it. You're not entitled to a receipt or a refund when Bertha gets it wrong.
I informed her it was a horrible transaction and I just wanted my money back Bertha tried everything to keep my money.
Do not come back whoever put Bertha in charge is seriously needing to rethink what they've done. I'm probably never going back to KFC again any location.

when you order a meal and get a big side of mashed potatoes they give you 2 packets of butter for thr large side of potatoes and a biscuit heaven forbid tou ask for more butter they give you one more butter and act loke they gave you a handful. pretty sad happened twice in one day.

If I could leave a zero stars, I would. The food was horrible. Very salty. Manager was rude and uncooperative.She refused to refund or remedy in any other way (offer to replace a meal). She lied about receipt by saying that they threw it away and not the 5 seconds later it emerged from under the counter. It's a franchise and the owner more than likely knows that food is bad so it says no refunds on the door. But the lies and rudeness is what really got me to write this review, besides their horrible food. STAY AWAT from this place! It's a disaster & a complete dump if a place.
I do not like to leave negative reviews, however this location's food, staff, customer service, management, & cleanliness are a complete disaster. We had ordered 2 famous bowls & as we began to eat the nasty taste of pure salt & pepper, along with soggy old nasty food, we decided to very gracefully & respectfully speak with the order taker that went to get the so called disrespectful manager, very rude & hateful in her entire demeanor, she stated their are NO REFUNDS, and pointed over to the door where it did in fact say that there are no refunds which I'm sure is implemented by the franchise owner because corporate office would never have it this way. Instead of working with us or understanding that we just disliked the food she didn't even offer us to get something else or perhaps a coupon voucher for maybe when we come next time if we decided to try the place again we could get something different and give it another try. Absolutely NOTHING! When I asked the order taker that was standing next to her if we can get the receipt that we never received for the order she mentioned that the trash had already been thrown out & I said Can the receipt not be reprinted off the computer from the order that was just taken literally 10 minutes ago. The manager at this point ended up getting a receipt finally printed out because I said that we would like to have the receipt because we wanted it for contacting the corporate office about this particular location and how we were treated as paying customers that came in there just to enjoy a bowl before going to work. Sad what this world has come to. I strongly advise to stay completely out of this establishment and I'm pretty sure by the looks and conduct of this place it will not be in business for more than a year or two until it's boarded up in the building is shut down.... GOOD!!!

no one spoke English as I went to get chicken. They didn't understand when I asked what sides they had. They didn't respond so I asked again. Silence. I got so frustrated I yelled. They then declined service to me. So because they don't understand their customers they won't serve them? SO Stupid

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The service is POOR every time I go. I’ve been going to this location for years and I have finally had enough! The manager, a heavy set Hispanic woman is so rude and unwelcoming. She ALWAYS makes you feel like you are bothering her to do her job! Ask for ranch to go with a 12 piece hot wing order, she THROWS you one. Ask for more and you get even more attitude as if it costs her money. She never smiles, never says thank you, just a pure and nasty attitude. Today I ordered two 6 piece hot wings and waited 20 min to have them fresh which was no problem. She brings out one order with no ranch. I told her I ordered 2 and instead of saying SORRY, she demanded the receipt. I told her I will come in to show her on my phone because I was not given the receipt in drive thru. I go in and she makes me wait in the lobby only to return with the same nasty attitude and another order of 6 more COLD wings. She knew she messed up because she didn’t ask for the receipt again. I waited over 20 min for fresh and then she didn’t even give me the ranch I asked for. Whoever made her a manager, a lead or the face of that location seriously needs to rethink that decision. I will not be back and I will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear and drive a few extra minutes to the Gardner, KS location where you will be treated like a welcomed patron!

My family wanted to try the KFC Chicken Pot Pie since they never had one before, but I grew up eating them in the Midwest… and wow it was so good that it took me back to my childhood when my grandma would make them from scratch.

It's been a while. I got a famous bowl. It's what I used to always get when I ate KFC more often. It used to be $5. Not it's $7. A 40% increase in price over half a decade. That's bad but about equal with inflation. Except it's smaller, now. And I only got 5 small pieces of chicken. And the chicken was disgusting. Mostly tendon. And not only is the bowl itself smaller, but it was only half filled. I got less than an inch of mashed potatoes.
It's not like I'm a frequent customer, so they're not really losing any business here, but I'm certainly not eating KFC again, and I'm hoping this serves as a warning to anyone considering KFC.
Also, the parking lot is trash and it's difficult to get in and out of because of a huge bump that will really damage your car.

Made the Huge mistake of not checking my order after it was handed to me at Drive through. I ordered an 8 pc family meal with a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Got home and had a whole chicken sandwich meal missing . They only gave me the drink, mind ya , I was the only customer at drive thru . Tried calling and no one answers . Absolutely bad service . I should’ve read the reviews first . Just a reminder to everyone, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING

They don’t know how to answer the phone apparently and can’t make food on time I’ve been waiting for my door dash order for an hour now and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve also went through two dashers because of how long they are taking.
