The workers all hide in back & occasionally peek out at you, but will not come out to help you. There have been times where we stood there for 15+ minutes before one of them FINALLY decided to come to the front & take our order. Management needs to fix this

Arrived home to again find order incorrect. I ordered 2 breasts, pint of Cole slaw, gravy and 2 biscuits. Got home with 1 breast, 1 wing, side of slaw, gravy, and 6 biscuits. No repeat of order from order taker. We will NOT be back.

Whoever owns this KFC should take notes from the store in Liberty. Absolutely gross! The chicken tenders, and the sandwich seem to be fried in old oil, and the tenders had the consistency of beef jerky.

When you go to a KFC, you don’t expect perfection. You obviously want all of your food to be there, but you don’t expect high caliber food from a fast food place. The meal I have received from this location has defied all expectations. 500 years ago, they would have written a ballad telling the tale of these heroic chefs. This is the crispiest, tenderest, most perfectly made meal i have had in many an age, and I have had many meals. Got the taste of KFC meal with 4 sides and a bucket, and not only were the sides done to perfection, the chicken was perfectly fried. Not overdone and tough, not undercooked and rubbery. They knocked it out of the park. Wax paper over the bucket to maintain temperature, hand wrapped/wrolled utensils, plenty of plates, speedy service, well-stacked bag.
This is the kind of meal you bring up in situations where it doesn’t fit in, just to brag to others about how good your food was. Whenever my nemesis mentions that they’re hungry, I will recall this order in great detail just to spite them. I have been blessed, and the colonel would have granted these employees a field promotion for their work. Absolutely wonderful.
This place deserves a name that makes it stand out from other KFCs, because it simply is not like other KFCs.

Food was bad. Gravy was absorbed by potatoes. Chicken tenders were very peppery. Soda machine didn't work. Staff was rude and didn't want to be there.

We ordered a combo meal for 2 through the app and ate in the store. The food was hot and delicious, and more than 2 of us could eat.
The food came out hot and crispy, just the way it should be, and the flavors were satisfying. The service was quick, and the staff made sure everything was handled smoothly. The place was clean and organized, which made the visit more enjoyable. It’s a good option when you’re craving something filling and familiar
Whoever owns this KFC needs to seriously see what's up with their business. It's filthy inside sticky nasty stuff on the tables. Nobody waits on you for minutes at a time you have to yell back to get their attention then they have nasty attitudes and don't give you sauce or napkins forks nothing on top of that you can't ask because they all don't understand what you say. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't walk into KFC and order food in Olathe Kansas because the employees don't speak English. Won't be coming back here. I used to eat here weekly.
