Ordered online. Scheduled the order for an hour out. Got there 10 min past that promised Order Ready time, and the shelves were empty. I checked with an employee and they said, Oh, 10 more min. Well 10 min goes by. Door Dash ppl come and go. Lots of orders at drive through. I wait patiently, another 10 min. I check in. It's been 30 min at this point. The employees have been oh so happy, casually taking their time, laughing, and moving at a snails pace. They could care less that I'm sitting in their lobby 25 minutes. It was *35 MIN PAST* the promised order ready time before I got my order. I missed out of most of the evening with my kids. I have very little time before they go to bed. Just awful. Not reliable.

absolutely horrible service. They first overcharged my credit card and tried not to refund it. Then they made my meal wrong and refused to fix it. All said and done it’s took us 70 minutes to get our food and it was cold. Absolutely do not recommend.

Very dirty inside, soda machine and counter are filthy. They were out of what I ordered. No offer to refund. Last time I was here, the had employees touching the cooked food with bare hands (against Kansas health department regulations).

Hopefully you aren't in a hurry. Ordered on line, said would be ready in 10 minutes. Headed to the store. Got an update would be ready in 6 minutes. Got to the store at about the 10 minutes mark and then waited a full half hour before my food was ready!

Ordered 3 wings and medium drink About 8-9 dollars. The wings were so small that I would be embarrassed to sell them. Each wing could fit in the small palm of a hand.

This KFC is the worst ever. The employees are rude. The prices are always different than what the menu says. And at dinnertime they have a 20 minute wait and no one is there! Don't waste your time or your money. This one needs to be closed permanently. 0 stars
