Finally!! I was able to try this spot after seeing so many glowing reviews. Wanted to try the birria noodles but they were sold out so I opted for the loaded burrito with birria as the meat selection. The young lady that took my order was super sweet and my wait was short. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it, the birria was tender but had no flavor. I ended up throwing it away.

Hubby and I were across the parking lot @ the At Home decor store when we noticed their truck. On a whim, we decided to check it out and boy oh boy are we glad we did! I got the Birria tacos and hubby got chicken tacos. Both came with onions and cilantro, lime wedges, and sauce (choice of hot or mild). Everything was FRESH and DELICIOUS! 10/10. Clean looking truck and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

⛽️⛽️⛽️house. I got 5 tacos with cheese with Carne Asada. Fresh, well seasoned, only complaint would be check your meat in your tacos, the meat can be a little fatty but pulls off easy. Also make sure you have napkins. 93/100 taste service 100/100

La Pasadita cooked my favorite quesadilla from the Olathe area. Quality food and service from a food truck/trailer. The food was fresher than competing options I have eaten recently. There was less grease than competing options. The person at the window was very polite and the food was complete in 5 minutes. I will return to try out the other options on their menu.
We happened to come across their food truck while out at a park. The smells grabbed my nostrils like a Bugs Bunny cartoon and their food was even better.
