La Pasadita cooked my favorite quesadilla from the Olathe area. Quality food and service from a food truck/trailer. The food was fresher than competing options I have eaten recently. There was less grease than competing options. The person at the window was very polite and the food was complete in 5 minutes. I will return to try out the other options on their menu.Parking: Plenty of space and parking is free.

Soooo worth it! Delicious beef street tacos, hot & fresh. Quick service with friendly staff. The apartment complex I live at had their food truck come out for Cinco De Mayo....also had them come out to a sister property a couple years back. Both times food was awesome. Did not disappoint.

I love this birria truck. It’s so good. I’ve only personally had the birria tacos but I can not get them. My son gets a chicken burrito that he likes, but go for the birria.
