I love Long John Silver's. The last time I tried this location was during COVID, and the location did not allow dine in. My family was craving chicken and fish and hushpuppies, so I came here with them to try it out. I will say the workers there very kind, and the food was great. The only issues I had with it was the environment. Walking in, the sidewalk was uneven all over the place. A major trip hazard. The paper towel dispenser wasn't working in the men's or women's restroom. The wall trim looked like it was painted by a practicing elementary student. The tile floor in the men's room was patched together with uneven floor tiles. Since this was an A&W restaurant, I wanted some root beer from the tap, but the only root beer they had was from the same machine as all the other kinds. I hope they fix things up. Their food is good.

Went through drive through. They take your order...then have you pull around to the back of the building to a dark parking lot. A lady brings out your order through an employee door. She is rude. On top of that ORDER WAS WRONG AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DIRTY RUN DOWN BUSINESS.

This LJS is close to our house and that is what we like to come here. That said, almost every time we order they forget something, but they make it right the next thing we go in. It has happens less frequently lately because they have a lot of new staff. Food is always fresh, drive thru is easy to use and customer service is great!
