Well I showed up tried the door and it was locked. So I went to the internet that clearly says the lobby was open and the hours. I then called and was told the lobby was not open. I was like then why is there someone out there cleaning it? Just saying this is not the time to have less options for customers.

Waited 15 min in the drive through! The Man that brought out the food to my car apologized for the wait, but said it was made fresh! He must have been laughing as he walked away. The food was incredibly old dried out boot leather fish and shrimp. Fresh my _ _ _!

It's greasy fried food and I love it. But the service at this location can be horrendous. The drive through speaker was broken so it took longer than normal, but not terrible. But the person who took my order at the window was horribly rude. She should really find a job that she doesn't hate this much.

Waited in line 25 plus minutes... Then was asked to pull foreword and wait for our food, will be out momentary... Then waited an additional 10 plus minutes, for half of our order cooked fresh to order and the rest was sitting there getting cold and hard... And at $32 for 2 to eat in your own car, a half ward attempt at edible food... Pathetic... I used to love your food, but the last few years the prices go up and the portions and quality of food ans service diminishes... Shame on you... Oh ya one more thing, CHANGE YOUR GREASE for gods sake ...

Fast service and very delicous food...my only complaint is that you are son far away from me..out the 2 still around ..but well worth the drive..strawberry cheese cake..was a nice add-on??

Long John silver's is the bomb when you're wanting fish and hush puppies and coleslaw or shrimp this is a place to go I would prefer that they put one in my town and Paola Kansas it was absolutely amazing fast courteous clean and everything was top notch.

You only come here because you enjoy a stomach ache later..... and you crave that greasy film you get on your tongue after eating here. BUT.... something about that greasy battered fish and chicken, with hush puppies, and the extra crispies at the bottom of the bag, keeps you coming back.
