Our visit here was absolutely wonderful. The food took a little while to come out, but it was absolutely amazing. They were also understaffed, but our server Pati was very nice and worked very hard to accommodate for the many people in the restaurant. She was very nice and patient to all of us, and even took special orders that weren’t on the menu. It was also kind of quiet, but peaceful. Overall, our experience was great and I recommend to all!

For the money, sirloin is excellent. They don't pretend to be Stock Hill or Capital Grille. They know their customer base and do a great job catering to them.Consistently solid.
We sat at the bar & had great service! My steak was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was delicious, & their brussel sprouts were so good that my husband would finally eat them!

We usually love our experience at Long Horn Steak House, but had a very different experience tonight. Upon sitting down our server, Patty D, stated that our toddler was “violating the health code” but touching the sugar packets and “are you really going to let her play with those,” which was very uncomfortable. Our steaks were medium rare when we ordered medium. Our toddler’s fork was dirty when immediately taken out of the napkin. We will just stick to the Metcalf location.

BE AWARE! On Valentine’s Day 2024 we ordered a to-go steak that was grossly overcooked. I called and they promised to replace it via an email certificate that was never received. After a few weeks I called and was told they had recorded my email address incorrectly and would resend. This also was never received so I went to the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said he had found the problem and would resend. It's now 5 weeks and they still won't correct their mistake and replace their inedible meal. So many better steakhouses in the area that actually care for their customers. We've learned our lesson and will never trust this decaying overpriced pit again. BE AWARE!
