Main Event — we had an awful experience today and I need someone from management/corporate to contact me ASAP. We came in around 3:30 for my son’s 10th birthday (our group was me, my wife, our two sons, and one of their friends). We were seated and our server, Darsh, was kind but the service was extremely slow and really sporadic. The biggest issue was with the food runner: they rushed out our chips and queso, and when they set it down the chips slid off the plate onto the table. They saw it happen, shrugged, and walked away without fixing it or saying anything. We’ve been to Main Event before and always had a good time, so this was really disappointing — especially for a birthday celebration. We also did the promo where we added $50 to a card and got the kids’ chicken tenders, and then added $50 to two other cards because of the 100% match offer. By the time we left the table I’d spent around $210 including tip. I’m not posting this to bash anyone — I’m posting because this was handled poorly and I want it made right. Please message me directly and have someone reach out today.
