I go to main event a lot to hang out with my family and friends. They are always nice, welcoming, and efficient. Lydia was the person who helped us from the beginning, she was very respectful and helpful.
Me and my sons went for a “last fun thing before school” and we honestly had a blast. From the ropes course (which honestly scared the crap out of me) to laser tag and some bowling - being able to spend some quality time with them was more than worth it. Thankful for all the young staff that gave up their Sunday to make it an awesome experience. Thanks to all of you but especially Lydia 💜
I had a great experience at Main Event Olathe! The young lady LYDIAworking at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Her positive attitude really set the tone for my visit, and it’s clear she enjoys making guests feel comfortable. This location is clean, well-run, and has great customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!
