I had an issue a few weeks ago with a delivery! I called into the Marcos on BlackBob in Olathe! The manager was VERY helpful and kind. He made another pie for me, and I picked it up!! Very satisfied customer!! Thank you!!

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order from this location they forget the sauce cup that I pay extra for. Specifically 7-8 times in total. I’m done. My pizza was cold and took forever. I’ve spoken to the manager and the best they offer is “cheese sticks” as a solution. Pathetic. The owner needs to clean house and hire someone with more urgency, attention to detail, and consistency. Good help is clearly hard to find these days. Hopefully Tesla robots replace these service workers as soon as possible.

Coming from someone who has been getting pies here for the past couple years, its safe to say they have dramatically improved over the years. (Of course not to imply they've ever been awful) Pick up times are always good, delivering times are solid and make sense, and the staff that are in their are always nice! Especially the staff here now-a-days! Lunch/Dinner crews have always been cool headed and professional. For its prices it is for SURE worth it every single tiiiime!
