I stopped at 5:30 today to get a cookie tote of 13 cookies. I get them to the ball field as they were for 12 5 year olds. The cookies had been put in very hot so they were 1 big blob and couldn’t be separated. On top of that the warmth had weakened the bottom of the box so the blob of cookies fell through. I tried to call them several times and no answer. So frustrated
I want to start off by saying this is the McDonald’s close to us and with young kids and busy life we go here often. I have literally never had a single bad experience regarding staff. Not once! Also I was in the service industry so I rarely ever complain and even when not my fault if I have something fixed I will profusely apologize bc I know it’s sucks messing up meals and know how many people get treated crappy over it. I was there two nights ago and I waited ten minutes in the drive thru lane while they helped two or three other cars in the other lane so,I pulled up to place my order at the window!Then I had a coupon for buy one/get one free sandwich and the girl tried to charge me for both!I had to get the manager to tell explain it to her!Then when I got home,I realized they gave me the one sandwich I ordered but the other was some random sandwich..not another of the same one I ordered like...read full review
