Gave my Uber Eats driver the COMPLETE wrong order. I spent almost $40 on my order. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I’m never ordering here again.

Living in the area of West Olathe, this is my wife’s and my favorite McD’s to meet with people and do f a little studying. Plenty of room and the staff are attentive in the early morning and throughout the day. It’s highly viable but you have to access out from the cross lights off the main intersection of K-7 and Santa Fe. There is no access direct, but you can’t miss it!

For the love of god please please shut your ordering system down when you guys close and update your hours online because it’s false advertising and you’ve damn near costed us $55 to cancel an uber eats order at like 11pm. Your site says open 24 hours, and you’re available on uber eats and DoorDash despite being CLOSED. it’s unfair to myself and other customers that literally have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or more just to CANCEL the order and not spend $55 because it says you’re “Preparing” the order. Jesus.

Didn't get my order right. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, ketchup only and a quarter pounder with cheese with bacon, ketchup only on it. What I got was all 3 sandwiches with absolutely everything on them. The workers were rude, including the manager. Just trying to get customers away from the drive-thru window to boost their window service time, a way to falsify their numbers. Yet they don't know how to be accurate with the order.

The food was good. Can't tell you if the staff was because we ordered off a screen. But the gentleman who handed us the tray was cordial. The food tasted great and everything seemed clean.

They have hired some nicer people since my last review but I overall, it's not enough to ever get me to give McDonald's a 5 star rating. If quality of food and the prices being charged ever come in line together, maybe then I'll give them 5 stars, but that's not likely to ever happen.

This is my go-to McD's. I come here almost every day, whether it be for coffee, drinks, snacks, or a meal for the whole family. Never had any issues worth complaining about until today. I use the app and pick up Curbside, so naturally I accrue a lot of points. The most annoying thing about the app is they won't allow you to use any reward points while also using an app deal, which is the dumbest thing ever. You gotta use the app to get app deals and you gotta use the app to redeem points. So why can't I use an app deal while also using points that I earned? This forces us to place a second order simply to use reward points.

The second most annoying thing about the app is that you can't even use reward points for more than one item. So if you've racked up 10k points, you can't even use them all. What's the point of having it then? The only way to circumvent this issue is by placing multiple orders. One order to use an app deal, another order to use a reward, then another order to use a reward, etc. It's ridiculous and completely unnecessary.

Today, after doing this exact thing, the employee brought my orders and said their manager told them to tell me to stop placing multiple orders. I said "I don't have a choice since your app won't allow me to combine them in one transaction". They just repeated that the manager told them to tell me I can't keep using it for free items. I'm like "ok so I can't use my own reward points?" Wtf is this? You're mad at me for using your own app & reward program and somehow think I'm stealing from you by using the very points I spent money to earn? Lol make it make sense.
