This store's atmosphere was dark and cold. It has the kiosk order system. The person serving me was not friendly. He acted preoccupied. The food was as expected. The fries got cold quickly.

Lady with coral collared shirt and grey bun and glasses (I’m assuming she was a manger) was rude to me. I was the only guest in line at 12am and was having a short and friendly chat with the cashier. I heard her yelling and holding my food out the window. I was talking to the cashier (who is incredibly friendly) for maybe 1.5 minutes tops with nobody in the parking lot and no line behind me. I pulled up to the window and saw she was upset. I started to apologize for chatting when she cut me off and rolled her eyes and just said “whatever” before slamming the window. I had an awesome experience with the same cashier/order taker the last two times I’ve been to this location, so it’s a shame that I will not be coming back because of this lady.

I ordered thru the drive thru and they gave us our o.j. and told us to park #1 and wait for our food. We sat here for 10 minutes before receiving our food.

My arrived wet due to the door dash person Leslie said that who ever prepared my meals didn't put the lids on correctly. I would like to have my money refunded and I'll just pick my food up myself.
This location picks and chooses when they close. Open until 2am? Think again. There’s still people inside but they’ll just ignore you. Don’t bother ordering on the mobile app late at night, it’s a major hassle getting a refund when they decide they don’t want to do their job. If you can’t stay open until your posted hours then change them.

BERKE!!! Is TOP NOTCH… We walked up here because our car is gone to the big car lot in the sky. I ordered a large 10 piece chicken nugget meal & my large fry wasn’t full. BERKE was cleaning the lobby. I SHOWED & TOLD HIM…. THAT YOUNG MAN GAVE ME HOOOOTTTT FRESH FRIES… BABBBYYYY I WAS AS HAPPY A KID GETTING A HAPPY MEAL 😂😂😂😂😂 MY DAY STARTED CRAPPY BUT BERKE MADE IT END SOOOOO MUCH BETTER… THANK YOU KINDLY…

Just ordered a double 1/4 pounder meal and neither patty was remotely cooked. Even had some pink on outside of patty. Not coming here or any McDonald's any time soon. That's for sure.
