I live 25mins away. Once I got home and took a bite of my food my burger was still raw on the inside. So disgusting and disappointed. Do not recommend this location

Ordered a to go order. Came into the restaurant didnt have it ready, asked about it, they said they didnt have the order. I left and called back asking how to refund a online order. My husband tells me hes gonna go get our food. I call back tell the workers my husband is coming to get the order the employee says ok we will have it ready. My husband gets there and its not ready. Worker argues with my husband about how she cant give him the order because it wasnt the person from before. He paid for it on his account hes showing her his account and the order on there. Gives him attitude and then he finally gets a manager to come over and refund the order! And the manager giving him hella attitude. He got the refund. Literal mc hell up in there. Just trying to get food on ur lunch break…

Dismal Service and Filthy Conditions McDonald's has consistently fallen short. The employees are rude and unhelpful, often complaining about their jobs, particularly when dealing with mobile orders. The dining area is perpetually dirty, with trash and spills left unattended. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality and service.

I never leave reviews, but this McDonald’s was exceptionally poor. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, a large fry, and a large Coke. They handed me the fry and Coke, which seemed fine. However, the sundae was a massive fail—barely a tablespoon of fudge and no lid which almost made me burst out laughing. When I asked for it to be remade, the employee seemed annoyed and closed the window. The manager eventually gave me the fixed sundae, also looking irritated, with no apology. To top it off, I found out there was was no straw or napkins in the bag. If I could, I’d rate this place 0/5.

The service was poor. No one at the cash register and little to no help with an order sent to the table! No heat in the building and when the fan started the air smelled of natural gas! Very disappointed overall with this location.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the KC area. People at the drive through do not know how to say Hi or welcome. Or thank you. They just open the window take your card or hand you the bag and shut the window. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go in.

Placed an online order. Pulled up and I was told they were closed. I asked if my order had been canceled and was told yes. I was charged for the order. Not okay. Was rushed away and was charged for something I never got.

Probably the worst McDonald’s to go to they will mess up your food in drive through and then not answer the phone to make it right and when you don’t realize that your burger doesn’t have a bottom bun till you get home from the drive thru I just can’t even be bothered to mess with them anymore waste of money

Employees said they were closed 40 minutes before they ACTUALLY close. Had a mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before we pulled through the drive thru and was told we will not get the order and had to go to a different location and get a refund from the app which said it would take 1-7 days -_-

Slow small parking lot and when giving a code was told it won't take it the prom is buy 1 get 1 for a dollar that has been going on for the past few years everyday not a deal not a promotion and didn't even take my order right
