Rude drive through employees and constantly getting sandwich food that is not put together well. As well as old and cold dark brown fries. Another McDonalds is only a mile down the road that is consistently good. Skip this one and make the drive.

Reviews of fast food probably don't matter to a lot of people, but I won't be returning to this location. The lot is set up weird which is not their fault, but it's not even plowed from the snow several days ago. Additionally, I was at one of the drive through speakers for quite a while without being greeted, while two cars were greeted and completed their orders at the other speaker. I said "hello" into the speaker and received a terse, "hold on" back. At the pickup window,.I was told to go wait in spot 2. And now I've been in spot 2 for 9 minutes waiting for my food, which includes nothing out of the ordinary, while car after car has gone through the drive through with their complete orders. The convenience of mobile ordering did not help this visit. I've never had to go through this for a coke and a hamburger before.

The food is hit or miss. Today, seemed a bit stale. We go for the play place and $5 deals. It was 11:30 am. Everything should've been fresh. It's also very frustrating that there's no option for a Mayo packet on the menu and they're hidden way behind the counter. Who's stealing mayo?? Just leave some on the counter so we don't have to wait 5 min and be grumbled at by the employee (the gal who's been there for years, it seems, and isn't ever very happy.) I was very polite but didn't get a smile or a word. There are signs all over saying "No loitering. 30 min max." It's an empty restaurant, save 2 people at 2 different tables. Between the employee and the signs, it's not at all welcoming. As far as the play area, I am glad there weren't any spilled milkshakes in the climbing area this time. But it's still pretty dirty and dusty. I climb in there with my 2 year old at times, and I don't think it's been cleaned in months. In the restrooms, there's NO papertowels, only air dryers. So it's very loud and obnoxious for anyone with sensitivities, and you can't wipe down the counters so you don't get water all over your shirt. :/ Ask me about that. And sadly, you'd think a location with a play place would have a better changing station. This is in the women's restroom. No idea if the men's room even has one. How is this at all safe??
Kid-friendliness: Horrible changing station on the women's restroom. No paper towels. Dirty climbing area. The spinner chair in the climbing area is broken.

Using their app can save you money. Under "deals," a lot of times, there are 2 for one deals. The food is consistent.
Food is usually good. But don't try to order online and sit in numbered spot outside to pick up. Takes ten years.

The person who took my order was friendly. However the next window it went down hill, my drinks were wrong when I stated that I was told to pull to the park lane to wait. 8 min and 5 drive thru cars go by so I go in and meet the girl in the lobby as she was heading out, she had the food, but not the drinks surprise they were never made. I still was polite and smiled bc I think people are often too mean during minor inconvenience however I get home and my bag was missing the sandwiches to my meals….wasn’t worth the drive back as it was Black Friday and I was exhausted from shopping, no one answered their phones to try to get the issue resolved. I guess I took the loss on 4 sandwiches. Overall there is a communication barrier, issues with order fulfillment, extended wait times for simple orders, lack of task management. Good luck!!
