Placed a mobile order for inside pickup. Arrived at 6:30pm on a Monday only to find both doors locked, no explanation, nobody answering the phone, and an employee shaking her head “no” at me.
Messed up our order on our first trip through the drive thru. 2nd trip through got a bloody raw burger. Went back for a refund, asked for corporate number. Was told they can’t refund me because I didn’t have my husbands card with me. Got a cell phone number scribbled on the back of a receipt for the manager. Of course no one answered so on my fourth trip back, with my husband’s card, got my refund finally but no corporate number. Disgusting, I could’ve gotten really sick...read full review
My complaint is against store# 6372 in Olathe, KS (Santa Fe). Served me a severely undercooked quarter pounder with cheese that made me sick to my stomach! I took the sandwich back to to restaurant immediately to show a manager and request a full refund of the less than $20 I spent on food. A manager named Melissa (refused last name and claimed had no business card) tried to give me a replacement burger-which I refused!
