I'm leaving this review because I just went through the drive through and some over weight girl at the last window tried to give me the wrong order, no worries until I reminded her I needed my drink she gave me a dirty look and shoved my Dr Pepper in my hand knocking the lid off and spilling my drink slamming the drive through window. If you don't like your job find another one. Horrible customer service!

I get a cookie tote everytime. Explain to me whyyyyyy they always give me my food except the cookies. Park me everutime, whichbis cool, but give me all my food fresh at the same time. I went to McDonald’s today to this store and tried to order the mcrib meals with the extra McRib for $1. The sign is literally by the speaker. First the person taking my order didn’t understand English. Then they tried to tell me it was only available on the app. McRibs aren’t even listed on the app yet. Then when I thought she understood she said pull forward. Nothing was on the screen. When I pulled up and the man was at the window with minimal English. He couldn’t understand that I wanted 8 total. Then he said no we couldn’t because the manager said no. This store is horrible. No one can understand you, and the manager didn’t want to sell product.

EDIT!- I absolutely without a doubt hat e asking for a manager or refunds or complaining about my food but I had to because my fries were inedible NO IMPROVEMENT SINCE DRYER REVIEW IF ANYTHING THINGS GOT WORSE I DON'T THINK THEY'VE CHANGED THEIR FRYING OIL SINCE THEY OPENED FOR BUSINESS. THEIR INTERPRETATION OF GIVING SOMEONE FRESH EYES IS TO TAKE THE FRIES OUT OF THE TRAY AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRYER FOR A MINUTE. They taste Incredibly disgusting. Only 1 of them didn't start start talking shit. direspectful night staff. If you're having a rough day I don't recommend it they seem to get off on people's suffering.

Parking: Lots of spaces for disabled people in wheelchair and spots to wait for your order.
Tonight I was there asking for an order and the people didn't give me good attention, they gave me a very ugly order. The Big Mac didn't have meat. The cheeseburger didn't have cheese. The Tamayo was long and nothing was like that. They gave me medium fries. Terrible service at that time. Macdonald I do not recommend

This McDonald's does not honor The free items in your McDonald's app. They act as if you have to buy one item to get 1 for free when that's not how it's supposed to work. They need. More training on how the app works. Therefore I have deleted the app and will no longer be participating in the McDonald's loyalty program. There's no point in it.
