This delicious dish is the Jalisco Chimichanga. I would highly recommend it. It was flavorful and the Monterey Jack and cream cheese on top was out of this world. We had an amazing server at Mi Ranchito! Definitely a great place in Olathe. There is a front and back entrance to the restaurant. There is definitely more parking in the back.
I hadn't been here in years. Food was just okay. I had pork enchiladas. Pork was tough. The chips and queso were the best part of the meal.
