80th Street location We usually go to the one on 151st but saw a review in a group and this one was so cute decided to try it. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. This delicious dish is the Jalisco Chimichanga. I would highly recommend it. It was flavorful and the Monterey Jack and cream cheese on top was out of this world. We had an amazing server at Mi Ranchito! Definitely a great place in Olathe. There is a front and back entrance to the restaurant. There is definitely more parking in the back.
