This delicious dish is the Jalisco Chimichanga. I would highly recommend it. It was flavorful and the Monterey Jack and cream cheese on top was out of this world. We had an amazing server at Mi Ranchito! Definitely a great place in Olathe. There is a front and back entrance to the restaurant. There is definitely more parking in the back.

My go to place for Mexican food, and this is my goto location. Big place that seems to always have a place to sit. They’re super quick with your food, make great margaritas and the food and service is great. Love eating here.
