The gourmet pizza's are delicious! We also tried the wings with sauce on the side and the 'plain' wings were huge, moist and flavorful, no sauce needed. Take away was a great experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. The gentleman at the register was very nice and another nice gentleman held the door as I was leaving. Worth the price and a tip. Not only is the pizza fantastic, but so is the customer service. I ordered a few pizzas, one of them being gluten-free free. The manager checked the quality of the pizzas before bringing them out. The manager informed me that she didn't like the way the gluten-free pizza came out, and asked if I'd be willing to wait while they remade it. Of course I was! Most places won't do this, they will just take your money and give you whatever, regardless of the quality. Minsky's has standards, and I applaud the pride they take in their product. Plus, the gluten-free pizza is GREAT!

This is a great local spot in South Olathe. Pizza is always above and beyond delicious. I’d recommend checking their website for deals. This is our favorite splurge pizza in KC. We had the heart Prime Cut for Mother’s Day. If you like a full slice of bacon on your pizza, try the Prime Cut.
