Minsky's has good pizza and most of the other food is good too. The service is generally good at their various locations. You're gonna pay for it though. A much as I may like it I've started going other places if I need to feed more than one other person.

Nice local pizza place with a large selection of tasty gluten free options. I tried the gluten free pizza with green peppers and pepperoni and it was very tasty ! Looking forward to trying more options in the future

First time visiting this Minsky’s and what an AWFUL experience. When I arrived I stepped to the hostess station. For several minutes multiple workers stared and whispered and never addressed me. After many minutes, I finally asked two guys in front of me did they work here but they were customers and were kind enough to say, we’ll grab someone for you. When a server came over he seemed confused as to why I wanted him. I then asked are you open and he replied yes. I then stated can I be seated. I also let him know that multiple people are looking right at me and whispering, but not acknowledging my presence or assisting me. His response was we’re in a meeting. I also need to mention I was the only customer in the store waiting to dine in. Someone from mgt soon approached my table and I expressed my concerns. I HOPE if or when I return I do not have this problem again.

This was possibly the worst service experience I’ve had at any restaurant. We got a table, met our waiter, made our order. We then waited 45 minutes and never once saw our waiter during that time. Finally found him, asked for a refill and an ETA on our food. He left, got the refill, brought it back and not a word about our food. Waited another 15 minutes. Grabbed another worker and asked about our food. She asked around for 5 minutes then our waiter came back and said he forgot to place our food order “during the rush.” It was 6:30pm and the place wasn’t even half full. Needless to say we left without food, never talked to a manager and will not be coming back to this location.

Went for the lunch special for $7.99. Was told I could get Mondays pizza in a mini form for the lunch for just a couple dollars more. Ordered that. Waitress failed to inform us that the salad would then be full priced as well as the drink. My $7.99 ‘plus a couple dollars more’ lunch special was actually almost $17.00. For that reason, we won’t be back.

Kanas City barbecue seems to get all the talk, but Minsky’s Pizza is up there with my favorites. I love a good amount of cheese on my pizza and they don’t skimp. Great sauce as well. Service was good at this location in Olath too

I have ordered Minsky's pizza for carryout many times over the years but never actually at inside of one. Their sit down menu is huge and a solid beer selection. We got the Thai pizza. That have the usual pizza flavors as well as some exotic ones.

Olathe Ridgeview Minsky's has great food and the staff is just as exceptional. We ate there for lunch on 11/25/25 and had a server named Ashley that was and has been our server on multiple occasions and each time she brings a positive and joyful personality in her interactions! She is phenomenal! I observed her with the same great interactions at other tables too! She is a blessing to have on your team Ridgeview Minsky's! We will be back and will certainly ask for Ashley! They use a crappy robot to take phone orders and it's not very good. Also how are you supposed to reserve the private room if you can't get a human on the phone?
Food was good, service was pretty good, atmosphere was good. Nothing outstanding, but thats not a bad thing. Will be back.

Family of 6. 3 shared pizza, 2 got pasta, and one had a burger. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Waitress was incredibly sweet and accommodating. A great option for pizza and pasta and the burger was also quite good.

Second time here and just as good as I remember! Very friendly service, great variety on the menu and lots of options on TVs located on every wall. Nice beer selection and got a different flavor of pizza with the cauliflower crust which I appreciate.
