Ordered on line for delivery, the website accepted my order. No cake an hour after my delivery time. Called the bakery, they say they never got the order despite my order number. No apology and had to re-order and wait again, still changed full price and the delivery fee. Great cake, terrible customer service

Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered a full-size red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting to our office as part of a promotion, and WOWāthis was hands down the best bundt cake Iāve ever tasted! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and had the most delightful surpriseāchocolate chips baked into the batter. Every bite was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. Do not come here if you have food allergies!! I asked about a common allergen. āI donāt know. Do you want me to ask in the back?ā Me, āYes, please.ā She came out and said yes. Me, āIs it in the cake or where is it?ā At this point she is cracking knuckles out of nervous energy and the manager walks by ignoring the situation. āI donāt knowā was her repetitive response.

I have purchased a few cakes here for birthdays and the staff is always nice. They have candles and decorations you can buy too. Their white chocolate raspberry cake is awesome and I'm not a huge fan of raspberry.

The cakes are good, a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. What I donāt like if they donāt have nothing to drink all they sell is bottled water a nice cold milk would go good with your cake or even a cup of coffee. Itās a waste of time to go here then you have to go somewhere else to get something to drink.
