Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Google search stills says they offer a buffet. They do not! Service was very slow and it was not busy when we were there. Tables were sticky. But the food was OK.

Ali was our waitress and she was AMAZING. Speaking of amazing, we love the food here. Italian nachos are a MUST when you eat here.

Kenny was the Best!!!!

No wait for dinner (doesn't always mean the food or service is bad). We had great food and a nice server.

I love the deal they have going right now and the food is amazing. We've come back the last week twice. Great work Old Chicago Pizza. Best pizza in town in my opinion.

Of all my years living in the KC metro, this is the first time I have ever been to Old Chicago.
The location is in a busy area of 119th st.
I enjoyed the personal pepperoni pizza special which included a house salad and a cookie desert. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and fresh.
The prices are affordable and the servers have good service.

Walked in last night, 15 open tables, 30 minute wait with no offer to seat us and get drinks, tried again this afternoon, completely wide open, open tables everywhere. Needed a table for 4, told we’d have to wait 20-30 minutes, again with no offer to get a table and drinks while we waited. In town for soccer tournament, go carry out from there on Thursday, delicious pizza, but don’t go in with any expectations of getting a table. Terrible service.

Pizza is really good. Outside of that, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Terrible service and not well kept. We used our own cleaning supplies to wipe tables and chairs. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Had to walk up to our server three times to get their attention to get basic things like water, silverware, napkins. We tried to wait, but after 30-minutes it got a bit ridiculous. If it wasn’t for us having an extremely long day and everyone was hungry, we would have walked out.

Threw is a guy that works the bar who is a real piece of work. He is unbecoming and acts as though you're a burden. Makes you want to just leave. Completely understaffed and shouldn't be open with only 2 employees

No one helped us. The guy at the bar was extremely rude. Like I cannot describe how condescending and patronizing he was. This is not the first time I've had this encounter here! Food excellent 👌 😋 service ..... might as well order online and pick up food. They treat you like trash
