We came in for a drink and some appetizers. We ordered one app to start. We received our pretzel bites only to be ridiculously disappointed. They were so sparse we thought it was a joke. Not only were there not many, they were tiny. I asked the server and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he asked the cook about it when he saw it. He said the cook said that’s how they are. The combination of the lack of caring plus our sad plate results in a loss of three customers. I’m guessing they don’t even care. See picture for pretzel bites.

Personally I think the tap list has gone down hill. I travel from out of town do not a regular, but I thought it was lacking in high end craft.And the bartender was not great.

We ordered food on DoorDash because we both have Covid. fried pickles were the only thing that we got that were good. We also ordered two servings of the chicken bacon mac and cheese and a big cookie. The mac and cheese had absolutely no cheese sauce on it. It consisted of a small amount of shredded cheese, bacon bits, and chicken. It was completely dry. the cookie was completely raw and cold. the delivery driver had to drive less than 10 minutes to get to our house, So you can't blame that on delivery. absolutely disappointing because I normally love Old Chicago, but I guess this goes to show that I can't come back to this location

This place was perfect after a long day driving. No wait to get in, wide selection of draft beers, tasty pizza and plenty of TVs to watch the basketball game. And we could walk there from our hotel.

Very bad customer service. I’ve been waiting in the front door for 20 minutes and no one has help. There is literally 2 ITEMS and it took them 30 minutes to do. They pretend like they didn’t saw me. NOT WORTH IT AND DO NOT GO!
