The last two times I've gone here the food (Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Chow Mein) is just lukewarm. Never hot. It seems as if their food warmers aren't working properly. Green beans are shriveled. Portions are small.

This by far is the best panda in the area included in Overland Park. The service is great, you get what you paid for and it’s always clean. The food is cooked right and has flavor.

Worst service. Ordered Kung Pao chicken and had to wait eight minutes. They then put wrong food in order (allergy). I called restaurant and drove back right before they closed. They said they would wait, but I would have to pay again since I left my receipt at home. Got there at 8:59 pm. They had locked the door and started throwing food away. Came to the door and said they were closed. Terrible service.

It's usually fine, but the last two times we went at least one of our dishes was prepared incorrectly. And there was a sign up offering a free entree for a 5-star review... so take any recent ones with a grain of salt.
