They never have cooked food,
We always have to wait up to 30 minutes for them to make it. I do not recommend this place.

They run out of common items (rice??) long before closing time. If you ordered through the app, you don’t know the items you paid for are sold out until you go to pick it up. The only recourse is to contact customer service, who you might hear back from in 2-3 weeks, and then they’ll send you a coupon code - that expires in just a few weeks.
The employees are always nice, but the place is clearly mismanaged.

Okay, check your items before you leave. At the drive through... I only got one egg roll when they are sold in packages of 2 -???.They're pretty "slick" in there.. the way the parking lots configured, it's nearly impossible to turn around and go back in there.
You gotta watch yourself.

Ordered food to be delivered at 8:55pm and the food never got to me. Called and they told me to wait for 15 business days before I eat. I had to wait for 15 days before I eat
Normally this Panda Express is five star however the drive-thru service sucked young lady didn't speak up through the microphone. Service was extremely slow more than 10 minutes before my order was taken. Waited another 5 minutes for the people in front of me to pay via the telephone app. When I got home the food was cold and I had no sauces for my teriyaki chicken. Hopefully the manager will either get rid of these people or get somebody to supervise them this is unacceptable

The food is great. Perrctly cooked and seasoned, always hot.
What ISN'T great is not getting my order right. 3 out of the last 4 times I have ordered pick up they are missing nearly an entire item. I hate to be the Karen who sit there to check his order every time. Yet everyone but the cooks seem to be incompetent.

This location is horribly run. The food is only fresh when it’s first made because after that they will let it sit on the warmers until the veggies and the meat shrivel up. They will try to sell it until it’s gone. They will close early and refuse to open the doors to customers. They will try to cut corners any chance they get. Honestly it’s better to just avoid this location
