We ate there today. The desserts were extremely dry and flaked. I only ate half my sandwich and asked for a box. They had no box that fit a sandwich. Has to squash my sandwich in a flat box. Very disappointing experience.

UPDATE: I’m simply going to ask that when I walk into Panera bread three front person not be going 100% attention to their phone. This might be a one off but it sends bad optics to your customers.

Panera Bread....out of bread. Yet again.

My husband and I cam for breakfast when it was very slow. He ate his breakfast sandwich before I even received my coffee, green drink, and food. The ladies behind the counter were slow and didn't seem to k ow what they were doing. One gal was working on a customer's order that had ordered after me. Another employee was cleaning the dining room that didn't need cleaning when they could have been helping with orders

I, along with many others, are terribly disappointed with the presentation of bagels, supplies and cost for business meetings. Bagels purchased are now just thrown into paper bags making one bagel taste like another, bagels are smashed and cream cheese is no longer included. I have gone from a loyal customer to once every 6 months.
