Online order # 1261740425. Showed up at 7:15 PM, when it should have been ready. Stood 5 minutes behind others waiting to be helped. Finally got to cashier and they said they were behind and was going be another 30 minutes. Cancelled my order. This location used to be reliable. This is the second time in a row they have been way behind on my online order. Terrible staffing and management. Never going back.

I made an online order through this store for an 11:30 delivery today. A notification per text was sent that it was picked up by Doordash at 11:25. I had no idea doordash was delivering for them. The delivery arrived at 11:51. Where the instruction box is when ordering I should have left the following: please be on time or close to and please make sure the pizza is hot. My pizza went on 25 minute DoorCrawl around Olathe. SMH. I'd rather be giving a 5 Star versus a complaint, any day. If it was just for me, I probably would have just let this go. But because I ordered it for a student for achievement and it arrived late, no can do. I can't count on this place again.

I wish more drivers would leave reviews about their bad experiences of stores lacking the training to utilize a 3rd party app, in which they waste the time, gas and money of a 3rd party delivery contractor.

Store tells me customer canceled their order and they never made it. Customer calls me and asks what the holdup is, the store never made his order and they had 0 intention of doing so.

Normalize bad reviews of abhorrent people. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

I realize it is New Year’s Eve. However, the call center told me 20 to 30 minutes to get my pizza. It took 59 minutes. Just be honest with the time it will take to get my pizza.!

Update! I called in 45 mins. Ahead of time (Chiefs Game). “Ready at 5pm?” Yes. 5:15 - got them.

Take whatever the call center gives you an at least double that time !!

Ordered from here the other night looks like someone dug their fingers in our pizza. The pizza was also missing cheese I have never saw a pizza delivered this way in my 33 years of life. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. But very disappointed more the once.

For the second time in less than two weeks, our order was delivered without the sauces and seasonings. Parker - the store manager - offered an apology and a refund, but made no further attempts at correcting the store’s mistake. The delivery driver was queried if the sauces were included with the delivery and responded in the affirmative. However, upon opening there were no sauces or seasonings.

Parker accepted no responsibility for the mistakes, and blamed the most recent delivery on “new hires” and the former delivery on “volume.”

The first order was scheduled more than 4 hours in advance, and the second was delivered more than 1 hour after the scheduled time. The service from this location and response from management is unacceptable.
