I wish more drivers would leave reviews about their bad experiences of stores lacking the training to utilize a 3rd party app, in which they waste the time, gas and money of a 3rd party delivery contractor.
Store tells me customer canceled their order and they never made it. Customer calls me and asks what the holdup is, the store never made his order and they had 0 intention of doing so.

I realize it is New Year’s Eve. However, the call center told me 20 to 30 minutes to get my pizza. It took 59 minutes. Just be honest with the time it will take to get my pizza.!
Update! I called in 45 mins. Ahead of time (Chiefs Game). “Ready at 5pm?” Yes. 5:15 - got them.
Take whatever the call center gives you an at least double that time !!

Ordered from here the other night looks like someone dug their fingers in our pizza. The pizza was also missing cheese I have never saw a pizza delivered this way in my 33 years of life. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. But very disappointed more the once.

For the second time in less than two weeks, our order was delivered without the sauces and seasonings. Parker - the store manager - offered an apology and a refund, but made no further attempts at correcting the store’s mistake. The delivery driver was queried if the sauces were included with the delivery and responded in the affirmative. However, upon opening there were no sauces or seasonings.
Parker accepted no responsibility for the mistakes, and blamed the most recent delivery on “new hires” and the former delivery on “volume.”
The first order was scheduled more than 4 hours in advance, and the second was delivered more than 1 hour after the scheduled time. The service from this location and response from management is unacceptable.

Over 2 hours and 30 minutes from olacimg order being hung up on three times calling the local store and I still do not have my pizza.
Said it was the fastest delivery for pizza around me and boy was that a lie.
I’m done ordering from this place. When I’ve picked up, I always try to be cheerful, and the employees all act like they’re on a chain gang. Tonight it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a cold pizza delivered to my house.

Save yourself the time. This place is terrible. Twice now we have waited 2.5 hours for a polizza that was slated for 45 min delivery. Customer service is awful and they have no delivery drivers. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

So I stopped ordering Papa John's about six months ago when it was about a fifty-fifty chance of getting any pizza, and if it was made correctly and as you ordered, you friend, just used up all your luck. Kids had a sleepover, thought we would play it safe and order pickup. Said it would be ready between 7:10 and 7:20. Showed up at 7:25 and was told it would be another 45 minutes. I got curious and started reading reviews and saw the same story over and over. Ok let's search other locations, and the same thing different people. What is going on and why has this circus not filed for bankruptcy?
