Ordered pizza here several times over the last 3 months and each time it’s a disaster. Never delivered on time, pizza tastes terrible and management is rude. Will no longer be ordering from here. The last time we ordered 2 hours in advance. Waited over 30 minutes of schedule delivery and finally got through the phone line to find out what was happening. They said no one could deliver the pizza.

Pizza was cut very crazy and the toppings were not proportional at all. Doesn't seem like anyone cared and just threw this pizza together. Wings were over sauced. There were girls yelling and arguing outside the store. I've never ordered Papa John's before and this was not a good first impression.

Tonight as I waited 15 minutes for missing knots, which should’ve taken 4 minutes, I watched several employees stand around doing nothing and a manager yelling at people to pick up after themselves. It’d be faster to franchise your own store and make the pizza yourself. Quality would also be better. Go to store at K7 and 135th instead. Night and day difference.

Ordered pizza tonight. Tipped and spent over 25.00 for free delivery. Handed off to Door Dash. Pizza was on time, but it was door step delivery. I would think the app would let me know when it was here. Nope. Rind the door bell? Nope. Called Papa John’s off Murlen In Olathe,ks and was not their problem I had to contact Door Dash. Did that, they have no record because it was not my account this order was under. So my pizza sat on the door step for 15 mins in a soggy box. Not even in a bag to protect it. In 40 degree weather. So Pizza Hut or any other pizza is my choice. I got no help from the place I ordered it from. Stay clear of this place. Hope they go out of business with this service. Horrible service. Cold food. They should know what is going on but they couldn’t care less. In an age of always wanting a tip. Screw that from now on. Poor service I demand my tip back and never will give a tip until service is rendered full. Just remember I do not carry cash much so you just might be out of luck.

Worst Papa Johns I've ever had. The toppings were thrown in the center. Paper thin on the bottom. I have a cat named Papa John and this meal dishonors him. I curse the laziness of the chef who prepared my pizza. They should be stripped of title and rank. Edit: There are no dipping sauces. I hate them.

The worst operation in Olathe. I spoke to the girl at the counter about the long wait on pizza. She told me they have a lot of door dash delivery OP orders. She was sweating, cussing, running around like a headless chicken with TONS of orders on the shelf ready. There's 10+ people waiting in the little front waiting area and no food going out. The girl who's sweating was busy putting stickers on boxes. So I explained to her she should tell her boss to turn deliverys off until caught up. She said her boss KNOWS about this issue of 1hr wait times a d no food goong out, and doesn't care. Her exact words. I believe this is a corporate store but not sure🤯

When finally acknowledging him, he is greeted with a “sup” and then they tell him that the order isn’t ready. He can clearly see our order waiting and ready to go. He ask the staff to confirm the order is his and they tell him again that it is not. The other staff member came up to help and visually looked intoxicated. She confirmed that it was our order that had been ready the entire time. But for some reason she had to go get ANOTHER employee to check us out. This staff member was clearly a manager. My husband explained that he had been waiting a long time to pick up our order and that the staff was not in a rush to help him. She said “Ok”. No one apologies, the entire staff didn’t care about customer service at any level. The entire pizza pick up took well over 10 minutes and we took home luck warm pizza at best. Disappointing as we have used this location for years.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the dough was raw towards the top/inedible. Called the store and the manager was unbelievably rude. Basically insinuated that I was lying saying that their ovens were at the correct temperature and then proceeded to laugh. I asked what could be done and then they just became even ruder. The best part was when they hung up on me. Absolutely stunned. Got sick 3 hours later! NEVER ordering from this store again. I am not one to leave reviews but felt it was necessary and apparently this isn’t new behavior at this location.

Third time trying to order pizza from here only to end up cancelling because it’s nearly 2 hours before it’s ready. No one answers phone. Is mad chaos when you go in to try and check on your pizza or order. And the last time we did successfully get pizza, it was so sloppy and lacking any effort to put it together. Disappointed. Used to be our go to place! Papa John’s needs to crack down and help out this store.

Probably shouldn’t have someone outside smoking right outside the front door talking on the phone still with the apron on. Very unsanitary. You are always supposed to leave your apron in the kitchen it should never go outside especially while smoking!
