Placed a prepaid order for my son’s birthday, arrived to find the store locked and no one answering calls. Had to buy pizza elsewhere and pay twice. Later learned they knew they’d be late but didn’t notify customers. No apology or follow-up. Terrible service.

Trust the other bad reviews. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, door dash delivered it and the garlic sauce had exploded and was dripping through the pizza box. It ruined the pizza because it had been soaking in it and was all mushy and soggy. They won’t answer the phone either and the door dash guy blamed them and didn’t take any responsibility because it could’ve been him too but he just said call Papa John’s

The manager lady does not respect the customers.she make a troubles with dasher for pick up and unrespectful for everyone.she move out the dasher and welling to them every time.thats crazy location then other locations

I ordered pickup from this Papa John’s and my experience was unbelievably bad from start to finish. I’ve been a frequent delivery/pickup customer for years, but I will not be back to this location.

First, the order wait time was consistently terrible. The pickup window said 10–15 minutes; it took about 30 minutes every time I visited recently. The store clearly struggles with staffing and organization — orders were lost or mixed up multiple times, phones often went unanswered, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. That alone is frustrating, but what happened next made it intolerable.

When DoorDash drivers (and customers) politely asked about missing items or late orders, the manager on duty responded rudely and aggressively. I personally witnessed the manager raise their voice at a driver and accuse them of “not knowing how to pick up” — while the driver was calm and professional. On another visit, a worker barked at a customer for asking a simple question about their pizza and made the customer feel humiliated in front of others. I felt unsafe and embarrassed watching it happen.

There are two serious problems here: poor operations and bad leadership. Staff shortages are only one part of the issue — there’s also a clear lack of basic customer service training and a manager who uses hostility rather than problem-solving when things go wrong. If you rely on timely pickups or delivery via DoorDash, plan extra time or consider choosing a different location. I will not recommend this store to anyone. If you run a business, treat your customers and delivery partners with basic respect — that’s not asking much.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and sides for the pick up special. The team inside was very friendly. They were patient and allowed me to place the order on the app so that I could accumulate my papa rewards even though I was already in the store. Everything was spotless! We will definitely return!

Placed an order at 4:30 for 7:30 delivery. Store mysteriously closed? Which I get things happen but no one reached out. I only knew because I tried to call. Another occasion they just did not say they didn’t have any drivers and I found out by calling an hour and a half after my order was placed. They wanted me to come get it, but my kids asleep upstairs…National customer service is awful too. On hold for half an hour trying to get a refund. On the chat was told to fill out a store feedback form and disconnected. Pizza Hut got me my order in 25 minutes.

Worker had her long hair down and hang over the front her body while making pizzas. She scratched her head multiple times while I was there, then went right back to making pizzas. If yall don’t use hair nets, at least require workers to have their hair up and back. Just gross!!

Nothing like watching your pizza maker smoke one out front, put cig out on front window sill and leave it there with many more, walk in and wipe the sweat off his forehead onto his shirt and immediately start making pizzas. Added taste I suppose. After all that you get the wrong pizza.

Extremely rude management.ivr reported this company several times and still no results. Replace the management and the store won't have so many complaints if I spend $75 and my pizza is cold and not tamper proofed with a sticker after I called ahead and asked and they agreed that is bad customer service and poor restaurant management. I no longer feel safe ordering from this location because first of all they don't have drivers but complain about having to put a tamper proof sticker on my freezing cold 2 hour late pizza!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I SPENT ALMOST $100!!!!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO REPORT THIS UNTIL I REACH THE CORRECT MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE.

Spent $75 on pizza for my kids only to receive cold pizza with hair in it.dont waste your time or money I will never shop at this location again because not only was my pizza gross when I called to speak to the manager she had the worst attitude for a customer that just spent $75 until they get new management and a attitude check I will no longer be shopping at this location

They are ALWAYS behind and then never make it right. We will never order there again. Most of the time we show up 20 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready then wait another 40 minutes to have them just put it in the oven. Then you have to wait for it to cook. It doesn’t matter the day of the week or season of the year. We have given them multiple chances. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

We pre-ordered pizzas for an event to be delivered at a specific time in location, pizzas did not show up and when I called I had found out that the shop had just opened. They had just shown up to work 2 hours past the time they were supposed to open. We finally got our pizzas an hour late and they looked absolutely gross. I would never order pizza from this location again. We had to go pick up the pizzas. I still got charged a delivery fee and there was no compensation for any of this mishap. Bad experience overall.
