Decent pizza. But I’ve had issues on several occasions getting pizza on time here. Really disorganized at 8:00 on a Tuesday night. One person dealing with DoorDash issues and one person cleaning up in back and trying to look busy and avoid the 4 people waiting up front. Finally guy cleaning decides to ask everyone waiting what their order was and handed out several orders and come to find out mine was dropped on the floor. Don’t expect your pizza on time here.

45 min to remake a pizza and Still never got it! Asked for a refund and the rudest manager not one apology just scuffs! Horrible staff when papa johns does have good food but never again will i got to them.

I showed about 8:16 pizza supposed to be ready between 810 and 8:20. They told me it'd be at least another 15 minutes. They clearly hadn't even started the pizza. So I told him to cancel the order. Of course! Apology. No respect for the customers.

I ordered two pizza . at 7:15 pm my estimate time was 17 minutes but after 30 minutes at 8:00 pm online showing my order is ready to pickup. But order wasn’t ready yet After waiting until 8:15, I finally cancelled the order I am not choosing this store again. And they also need to train the staff. I wish I can give them minus star.

We ordered pizza for a birthday party. To make sure we had it on time, we placed an order at 12pm for 6:45 pickup. After waiting until 7:15, we finally cancelled the order and our party goers had no dinner. We’re not choosing this store again.

40 mins late and didnt receive the extra sauces we PAID
Ordered dinner for the kids while we were out, came home to find we were shorted an entire med. pepperoni pizza! Reached out to customer service that night ans next morning to get credit and they never even bothered to respond! This has been our go to delivery option for the kids on date nights but if we can't trust what we order is what's delivered the kids won't be having pizza anymore!

UPDATE: For some reason I ordered again. They sent the order through DoorDash because they have no drivers. Driver did not respect "no contact delivery", kept stalking my door and calling me for 15 minutes despite me texting them that I selected no-contact delivery. I think they spoke only Spanish. Terrible experience. They didn't even bring everything that was ordered.See photo, pizza crust was wet, floppy, 2 millimeters thick. Worst I've ever seen. Customer support online does not care. Manager was understanding and refunded the order, but you can't customize which store processes your order, so I'm not ordering again.

While older ratings were appropriate for their time, the current state of this store is above the 3.6 on Google Maps. (Above and beyond)+ All of the staff I met seemed to be in good spirits. In contrast, my experience is typically that people in a chain restaurant are not enjoying their working situation.+ The food looked very similar to what I would see on the website when ordering.+ Order was correct+ Food temperature was hot, from the oven.+ The portion of ingredients seemed reasonable, nothing skimped.+ The quality of this food left a better impression on me than large competing pizza chains.Cons:+ To be honest I do not have any critiques.Overall:If this location continues to provide the same level of customer service as I received I would never expect this store to go out of business.I recommend ordering from here based on my experience and the quality of the food I ordered.
