Park Street is my go-to for pastries and a place to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in the perfect location in downtown Olathe. They already had 5⭐️ in my book, but today they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my coffee. I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you have been… Go! (Also the biscuits and gravy they serve on Saturday mornings is insane).

Their cinnamon rolls were delicious. Great portion size, perfect texture. Also had their egg sandwich. A bit flakey due to the croissant but delicious and filling.

I’ve been here several times over the past 5+yrs, staff for the most part are friendly. Pricy menu selection. Coffee isn’t the best, just like most other places around the city.

I’ve given this place three tries because I love bakeries and I wanted to have a go-to that’s local and close by, but this will not be it. The pastries are fine, kind of hit or miss. The environment and workers are truly unpleasant, though. The owners seem miserable and angry, it shows in how they talk to their employees and customers. I’m not the type of person to expect a lot when it comes to customer service because I know people are just doing their jobs, but geeeeeez the vibes are so negative and unwelcoming here.

stopped by Park Street Bakery for a lunch meeting and was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt, friendly, and professional, and the food was delicious.
It’s a perfect spot for a quick meeting or carry-out—everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality food and great service.

Stopped to try the cinnamon rolls and was very disappointed. There were none in the display case so I inquired and was told they had them. I ordered 2 to go but was not shown them before they were boxed. Was surprised both fit in the size box I was given. Upon opening the box I know why they fit. Rolls were flat which makes me think they didn’t get a good rise. Dough was heavy. Also, on one of them, there was a large hardened chunk of cinnamon topping that would have cracked a filling! Definitely not going back for cinnamon rolls or probably anything else.
