Your app does not list which sandwiches are toasted, nor does it give an option to request a sandwich not be toasted. I want to be clear that this appears to be a corporate/app issue, not a decision made by the local store or its employees. I ordered a turkey bacon club to go, fully expecting it to be a cold sandwich, as that is how a club sandwich is traditionally served. Instead, it came hot — with warm mayo and hot tomatoes — which was extremely unpleasant. If I had known the sandwich would be toasted by default, I would not have ordered it. This was my first time eating at Pickleman’s, and unfortunately it will be my last unless this issue is fixed. Please update the app to clearly indicate when sandwiches are toasted and provide a “not toasted” option.

Broccoli cheddar soup is supposed to be thick and creamy this one is thin like a broth. Otherwise great value.
This restaurant has outstanding sandwiches. Their best is their roast beef with au jus juice. So delicious! They also have pizza which isn't that bad. For those who love sandwich restaurants, definitely give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

They got rid of the Tomato soup??? Literally the best item on the menu!! Bring it back please! Besides that, has some of the best sandwiches in the Olathe area.
