I will never place an order at this location again! I've never had an order overcooked, dry and cold from any other pizza hut location in all of the country! This location is a major disappointment. I ordered a tavern style pizza with mushrooms, bacon, olives and garlic. It's as if they smeared on pizza sauce just to wipe it off just so there was color but no actual flavor. It had no garlic at all, tho I paid for garlic according to the topping selection. It had minimal bacon, and for $2 per topping, it should have had more than 5 whole pieces on a large pizza. Then it was overcooked, then left sitting under the heat lamp to dry more than it was without the sauce. By time it arrived to me it was cold.
We ordered pizza for work. Because of snowy streets, we didn't dare ask for delivery. The lady who checked me out said she'd been responsible for preparing the veggie pizza. It was excellent!!!

After getting violently ill. from eating a pizza from here, I got. it got a credit for another pizza because they will not give you your money back. So I waited two months and ordered another pizza. It was just as bad, except I didn't get sick. I guess I should be happy. We'll never eat here again Used to eat here all the time. Don't. know what happened to them?
I got online 20 minutes before I close to order one hut box And it wouldn't work. So I called the store and waited on hold forever and the first woman answered and acted like she was going to take my order and then acted like we got disconnected and hung up on me. I called back again and a different person answered the phone. I asked to place my order for the single item and was told that they close in like 10 minutes (They closed in 17 minutes at that point) But they had turned the ovens off for the night.

So disappointed after having such excellent customer service. The food was borderline disgusting. Almost no sauce and very sparse toppings. Gardner is where I usually go and I’ll say, not going back to this one when Gardner does such an excellent job.

My husband ordered 2 pizzas. We are staying in a hotel. On Pizza huts website they have a space for special instructions, which is where my husband put the room number. An hour after the food delivery time, he called. My husband explained the situation and instead of just offering a suggestion to fix the scenario she preceeded to list every way it was our fault. First she said we didn't give the room number. It was in the special instructions box Im sorry your company doesn't have a square for that and that the staff isn't smart enough to understand the special instructions given. Then she said the driver went to the front desk. The front desk staff said NO ONE from Pizza hut came in, and yes they have cameras! So the driver never even came to the hotel or called, they lied to their manager who got an attitude with us. After she got tired of listing our faults she said she would resend the driver with the SAME PIZZAS THAT WERE AN HOUR OLD. When we asked her to remake them she got an attitude again and refused to make fresh pizza. Because she was so rude I asked for her managers contact information. She said to look it up online. The manager (if that's true) refused to give her name and canceled our order because she didn't want to deal with us anymore. She talked over my husband half the call whuch she kept saying was recorded, and was one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. I will never order food from them again. Stay away from this location and save yourself a headache until they find better managers and staff. Not smart or good with customers even though it was their fault. Shameful. In the time it took me to write this I went to the Pizza Hut on Blackbob they made and got my PIZZAS to me without the drama. She gave us the contact number the other manager told us to look up online and gave us our food for free. Jennifer at the Blackbob and 151st store is smart she knew that manager should have remade the food. Her giving us our food free tells me we weren't wrong. She apologized for the other woman. Thanks to the woman on Parker instead if Pizza hut selling 2 pizzas, they wasted 2 and gave 2 away all because of one bad manager. They should just close this location. The ceiling has been falling for a couple of years and from the other one star reviews it looks like this place is more damaging than helpful to the company's image.
