We’ve given this location a few chances hoping our order is correct. Ordered online and for the third time our order was wrong. We paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive the toppings. Another time it was the wrong crust. Another time it was poorly made. No more chances left unfortunately.

I recieved an undercooked soaked in grease pizza on Sept. 3rd was told I’d receive a full refund in about 5 business days along with a phone call from management. It’s now Oct. 1st no refund no phone call no email no response. I would not eat here at this location

Went inside and asked if they are a dine-in. The manager said yes. Our family asked for a menu to be pointed to one on the counter. Then we were told no glasses for 2 liters so we had to get individual bottles which were expired. They then brought us our pizzas in to go boxes and said they didn't have plates, forks, or napkins. So when we asked if you are a dine-in...the answer should have been no.

Changed the order from carryout to delivery. This caused me to be billed twice. One for $28.88 then an additional charge for $52.03. Then, the delivery driver couldn't speak English, but showed me on his phone that I need to pay him $52.03 cash. After about 15 minutes, he got someone on his phone that tells me there's no record of me paying for my order. I refused to pay a 3rd time & the order was returned. Finding it hard to believe I'll be getting refunded any time soon. Don't order from this store.

upsettingly gross pizza. usually love it here and needed an easy fast dinner today so we did takeout. never again. it was coated in grease. bought two pizzas and had to throw them both away. waste of money :(

Very disappointed wanted to give another try to this place. Pizza was disgusting. Toppings burnt tasted burnt! Dry breadsticks! Please save yourself the headache and order from Gardner!
I put in a delivery order through the Pizza Hut app to the hotel we were staying at as we were passing through. They use door dash for delivery which we had no idea they did but no big deal. I get a call from the door dasher that they couldn’t find our location. They didn’t speak English and unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so we tried our best to communicate through a translator over the phone. After sending them my location pin and the gps link to the hotel(Holiday Inn) they still couldn’t find it. On the tracker I watched them pass it twice then I get a text from them asking me to cancel my order. I call Pizza Hut and the amazing man working remade our entire order (after closing) and we picked it up with no issues. Way to make a headache of a situation, right :) Also, the food was AMAZING! We ordered a meat lovers, cheese, buffalo medium boneless and cinnamon bread sticks.

I will never place an order at this location again! I've never had an order overcooked, dry and cold from any other pizza hut location in all of the country! This location is a major disappointment. I ordered a tavern style pizza with mushrooms, bacon, olives and garlic. It's as if they smeared on pizza sauce just to wipe it off just so there was color but no actual flavor. It had no garlic at all, tho I paid for garlic according to the topping selection. It had minimal bacon, and for $2 per topping, it should have had more than 5 whole pieces on a large pizza. Then it was overcooked, then left sitting under the heat lamp to dry more than it was without the sauce. By time it arrived to me it was cold.
