Ordered via the APP for delivery. Took 1 1/4 hours to get to me moderately cold and soggy and only 2 1/2 miles away from the store. Ordered beef Taco Pizza and this is what I got. Received verse advertised. Do better!!! If you can’t deliver within appropriate timeframe then don’t offer delivery. If you can’t deliver the menu you advertise then don’t offer it. Overall a huge disappointment. I would recommend Pappa Murphy’s up the street and bake it yourself and save some serious $$$$ and get a better experience.

The building gave me nostalgia from the outside, then I walked in. So depressing. And do not walk into the restrooms. They say dine in available, but if you remember the ones from the 80s and 90s I would not walk in here. Very sad. The pizza also tasted like the dough was stale and seriously lacked sauce.

Issue: Quality of pizza no where near the advertised one. Lacking cheese (there was some but...), minimal pepperoni, the ones there were so crunchy they tasted a bit burnt. Image on left is one I got. The one on right was advertisement, now I expected some discrepancies.....

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza online and prepaid. When I showed up to get my order I went through the drive through. I saw a girl walking around and she completely ignored me! Then she disappeared into the back and never came back out. I waited 15 minutes at the window. I knocked and rang the bell and was still ignored. I finally had to pull up and go inside. I was still ignored when I went inside for a couple of minutes! I had to yell into the back! I saw the girl that was walking around in the back eating breadsticks!!! Someone finally came up and tried to help the other person that pulled up to the window before me! I finally got my food. I will never go back. How rude can you be to your customers!!!!!!

We’ve given this location a few chances hoping our order is correct. Ordered online and for the third time our order was wrong. We paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive the toppings. Another time it was the wrong crust. Another time it was poorly made. No more chances left unfortunately.

I recieved an undercooked soaked in grease pizza on Sept. 3rd was told I’d receive a full refund in about 5 business days along with a phone call from management. It’s now Oct. 1st no refund no phone call no email no response. I would not eat here at this location
