I had the worst experience at 180 S. Parker , Olathe KS location. My family really loves Pizza Hut BUT this location was a mess. I ordered using the app. I selected the deal for 1 single topping pizza with 1 specialty for 25.99. Then I did an add on for dessert. My order arrived with only one pizza. I called the store and they said “Sorry, but the deal isn’t working on our end, the manager knows about the glitch. Nothing we can do.” So I am still charged for the 2 pizzas but only get one?!? No thank you. I was offered a refund if I brought everything back. Which I did, Because the total was $47, for a single pizza and brownie after delivery. I will never use this location again. I wish they would have just made it right by honoring the advertised deal on the app.

Ordered ahead for a specific time and when the pizza got here it was old and disguising. It was obviously made in advance and just sat in the warmer. Most people took one slice and ended up throwing that away. The cheese bread was hot and fresh, however we paid for 2 orders of cheese sticks but only received one.

The service was most excellent! I was completely surprised I didn't have to repeat myself while giving my order. She was very nice and polite and their service was excellent! My food got to my house quickly and the food was hot and tasted great! Awesome job Pizza Hut!

Love the drive thru window and the lady working tonight was so sweet she saw that there was another offer that she could apply to my online order and saved me another buck!
Food keeps getting worse. Service keeps getting worse. Prices just keep going up. I remember how I used to feel about Domino's in the 90's... I'm feeling that way about Pizza Hut now. Sorry, that's not fair to Domino's. At least they were cheap.

Whoever tf was working on 8/18 at 8pm and made these nasty wings barely touched with sauce and raw in the middle, you are otherworldly disrespectful for putting this amount of sauce on the wings. Lazy. I had 16 wings in my order and they both looked like this. Pitiful.
