I ordered on line at 1020am for the pizza to be delivered at noon. I ordered directly from pizza hut app. Then I was told by Dave the store rep that they use door dash in the day. Then Dave tells me he's going to call door dash and cancel my order, then he hangs us. I explained how is it fair if I asked for my pizza to be delivered at noon and it was made around 11am but to receive it by 1220pm. Then the time changed to 1227 then to 1249. 2 hours has went by since it been cooked and I'm not entitled to a refund but to receive cold food. After my break was over. Just reason I don't eat fast food and haven't ate pizza hut sine COVID began. I'll never order from pizza hut again. I'll stick with Minskey's .

We ordered a thin crust pizza and they brought it uncooked. After complaining they offered to replace it, we waited for almost 25 mins and the pizza never came . After i told that i m leaving , they did not even offer to refund my money. So i wasted almost an hour and 20$ for nothing. Never going back there

Unfortunately they are always late. Sometimes the pizza is ok, just ok, and sometimes it's awful. Their call center is frustrating and has awful customer service.
