Ordering at an off-peak time for carryout once again helped to ensure a good experience at a good price. My large (14") three topping carryout pizza ($10) was ready for pickup at the promised time just 15 minutes after I ordered it late on a weekend afternoon. It had generous amounts of evenly distributed toppings on a tasty thin crust with fair amounts of cheese and sauce. I found the service at the counter to be cheerful and noticed six chairs in the takeout area. Nice!

Title: "Are they understaffed, or do they care that little about doing good business and making more revenue?" I called this location to place a carry out order around 11:30 AM on Sunday, December 13, 2020. No one answered and I simply assumed they were assisting other customers. I tried calling a few more times but no answer. Frustrating. So I drove to the store to place my order in person. As I was walking in, I decided to call the store to find out if I could hear the phone ringing once inside. After all, maybe I had the wrong number. Sure enough the phone was ringing as I walked in. The one employee I saw was simply ignoring it. She took my order in person meanwhile ignoring the ringing phone the entire time. Wouldn't you think the protocol in that situation would be to answer the phone and say "please hold I'm with a customer"? If I owned this store I would want to know that my employees are ignoring phone calls for carryout orders and therefore limiting the revenue the store can produce. Call me crazy, but aren't businesses supposed to want to make as much money as possible. Asinine that I had to show up in person to order a pizza.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. This isn't the Pizza Hut I used to know... The pie and side order of boneless chicken wings were already cold by the time it got to my place. The chicken wings I want to point out, had the same consistency of rubber. The next day after work I get home and decide to eat some leftovers before I fell asleep, that was a bad idea... My Friday night was completely ruin because I ended up getting food poisoning. I've had Pizza Hit before and I don't remember it being this terrible so I'm going to assume that ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut. Their Meal prep and cleanliness must be re-evaluated for I never, EVER want to experience what I had to go through again. I'm highly disappointed and don't see myself ordering from this place ever again.

Man, what the hell happened to Pizza Hut!?! The manipulative book-for-pizza scheme of my childhood has really fallen off the wagon there... We got the strange desire to try some pizza hut for the first time in a decade or two, so we pulled the trigger on a coupon through their app - the party box, or whatever. It came with a pizza, a cinnamon stick, and a breadstick - all for like $10. Well, can't say I saw any red flags there... It was basically air, disguised as pizza. Not body AT ALL; just some cheese atop some candy they call sauce, and that soufflé'd magic they call a crust. You know, they did get one thing right - the pepperoni. You can't replicate that grease, man. I could still taste the books I skimmed to fill my pan-pizza passport. Additionally, the picture was of round everything, and individual sticks, etc...looked legit. The single box contained everything, and you could clearly see they cook the cinnamon and bread sticks all as one big rectangle - they didn't even cut it, and the pizza was also rectangle! Don't bother with the illusion, just shovel it into my face; I'm not worth the effort apparently. The shapes were lazy and offensive. It would be like Ford making cars without paint because they save money, and know you'd buy it anyway. How far you've fallen, all lost during the great pizza battles for the American Aorta over these last 2 decades. I don't know who won, but I know we've all lost. Pizza Hut and the like are all terrible. Nothing resembles pizza, but instead each an amalgamation of marketing research, instagram likes, and P&E statements... You make food for people still, right?

I ordered my cheese pizza to be delivered to my house. Delivering a pizza seems to be such a simple task- but I was proved wrong. When I ordered at 7:00 , I was told it would arrive in one hour... It didn't arrive until 8:50. To top it all off, it was cold!!!! very cold!!!! and semi brown with an un welcomed mushroom slice. I'm disappointed to say the least. I'm only giving it 2 stars instead of one because the manager gave me half off of the original price. That's the least they could do considering how many times I had to call. This was a couple months back.

So glad that when I moved down the street a few miles this location is no longer the one that delivers to my home. So many screwed up orders without fixing the problem. Also, not the pizzas I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. At one point, we finally gave up on Pizza Hut for delivery and choose other places.

Super disappointed in our delivery tonight. First of all we ordered a pepperoni pizza and what we got was just cheese..if you want to call it that. Pizza was dry, hard, and seemed to not have hardly any sauce. My two year old wouldnt even it eat it. Breadsticks were nice and soft and delicious so we had breadsticks for dinner.

I am completely disgusted with the service that I have received by this store two sundays in a row. Last Sunday they took over 2 hours to arrive and so Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for 2 free pizzas. I attempted to use the "onetime" online coupon and when it came time to delivery, after waiting almost 2 hours I called the store to find out they cancelled my order because they called me to very apt #. I never received a call and further more I added the building # and apt# to the remarks section. Instead of working with me on the phone the young lady on the phone really didn't care that i was having this problem. I will never EVER order from this store again. I'd rather watch paint dry for hours than to order from here again. I can just walk to Little Ceasars which is right next door.
