Was ordering online and canceled when the app wanted me to tip for carry out. I don’t tip for you to hand me a pizza across the counter. Good luck with that, won’t be back.

My regular go-to Pizza Hut place. Overall, it has been an above average experiences. Once in a blue moon there’s a hiccup, but 95% of the time, I’m a satisfied customer. Should you come here? Yes. Why? I recommend it because I come here. If this changes in the future, this review will change too. Happy dining!

We ordered wings and Pepperoni Pizza. Although I have eaten P.H. in the past this was terrible. The Pizza was old and tasteless. Cheese was congealed and Pepperoni dry.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering before. Ordered at 540 with an ETA of 615. called at 650 to see if there was a new ETA and was told it was out for delivery. Called back 20 minutes later and was put on hold to see where the order was. sat on hold for 8 minutes and no one ever came back on the line. Called back again and was told our order got mixed up and he thought the driver came back for it but he hadn’t so it would be out in 20-30 mins aka 1.5 hours after the delivery time. Then a DoorDash driver showed up with it instead saying I needed to pay in cash even though I had already paid for it on the Pizza Hut website. Thankfully I even HAD cash for her because it wasn’t the DD drivers fault. So I gave her cash for my now cold 1.5 hr late pizza and also have a pending charge on my card for the order I already paid for. So I just paid twice for an order that should’ve been refunded about 3 calls ago. Won’t be ordering again from this location that’s for sure and will be filing a charge back for the duplicate charge.

Jennifer is a fabulous manager. So good she apologized and made up for the awful experience at the Parker location. This is the Pizza Hut to get good food, and good service in a building that isn't falling apart.

Store did not have gluten free crust although it was listed as available and orderable. Coupon used on order could have been adjusted to apply to other items but wasn't.
The service was good, but the quality of the food was not up to normal standards. On one of the pizzas about 1/6 of the pizza was missing sauce & cheese. The pizza also ended up with large amounts of sauce right by the crust but no little cheese on it. The pizza also was cut so some pieces were huge and some were very small. It seems like it was done sloppily.

We got the meal box plus a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was average. The boneless chicken medium buffalo sauce was the star. It was 4*. Typical boneless wings, but crispy tossed in tasty chili oil-esque buffalo sauce. The pizza in the meal deal was HORRIBLE!! The top of the pizzas looked amazing, but the crust was underdone. Gross.
