I am a DoorDash driver and I went to this Pizza Hut and had two orders, I asked for a pizza bag from DoorDash and was told they are out funny thing is they have a whole box full of them on the other side of the counter.

We ordered a super supreme pizza with pan crust and this is what we received. I called the store and got hung up on. I do not recommend ordering from this location at 15225 W 151st St. We should get a refund.

I ordered this crap tonight. Called the store to get this addressed. After waiting for 10 minutes I hit connect to a less than helpful lady that said she would transfer me to the store. So I waited 10 additional minutes and nobody’s came on the line. Wasted money.

Ordered on line went to pick it up. Decided to go inside. There was a Door Dash guy sitting there said he been waiting for 15 minutes. Another one walked in to pick up his order and they told him it was not made yet come back in 15 minutes. A lady was yelling at the employees for messing up and our pizza was absolutely terrible. I could go on and on. We wont go back. What a bad experience. We ended up throwing alot of it away in our backyard for the birds. Mercy it was bad. Most of the lights were turned off inside in the waiting area. No wonder dining out has decreased. Gosh this was just a bad day to order a pizza from Pizza Hut today. Yucky !!!

This is what they mean by one topping. We asked for half olives. As you can see there is almost nothing there. The service of you go in to pick up the pizza was horrible. I was ignored until I had to ask 3 times for someone in the back to attend to me. In the mean time I watched them attend to the drive through 4 times while I stood there in the lobby with the lights off. And the was at 12:10 in the afternoon.

my experience with this store was very bad .told me to wait 30 minutes then after that ask to wait egain 15 minute that not serieus service at all .time is not importe for them this happen to me 2 times this week i will never back egain to this location .

I submitted an order at 5:11PM and was told it would arrive by 5:56PM. The Pizza Hut is 5 minutes down the road, not far at all it was just easier for us to have it delivered tonight. 5:56 came and went, and it’s now 6:38PM and I’ve been on hold with the store for 15 minutes with not one person answering. Who knows when or if we’ll receive our food tonight.
UPDATE: food finally delivered at 8:20PM - after my daughter was asleep in bed and couldn’t eat it. Definitely do not order from this place, it should be shut down.

Then I tried to order it again for a future order and they bring it one hour too early… Nothing but excuses

I placed an order online and arrived when it was supposed to be done. After I paid, they told me it would be another 15 minutes, so I waited patiently. They then told me they had skipped over my order and were just now making it. After 45 minutes of waiting all they offered was a 2 L for free. I asked for a coupon or something and they told me since they already cashed me out there was nothing that they could do And offered me another 2 L. I will never be coming back to this location.
