Literally ordered my pizza at 6:09 pm, with a delivery time of 6:49pm. Its 7:30pm now and still no pizza and they gave it to doordash to deliver so now I dont even know where its at. Never ordering from this place again

If there was a way to give a Zero I would… placed a future order, paid, received confirmation. Ready at 4:30. Showed at 4:45 and they couldn’t find in the system. After some back and forth they told me I’d need to pay again and could make it in 15 minutes. I had already paid, so they said pull around and they’d bring it out. Give them 15 minutes. The guy who told me that got in his car and left while I was waiting. Walked inside after 25 minutes and they couldn’t get me an ETA. I checked again after 10 minutes and they game my order to someone else. Needless to say I told them to just give me anything so I could go home and feed my family. Left at 5:45 after an hour wait with some random pizzas. Absolutely the worst experience! Don’t waste your time going here. Needs some manager presence or some competent employees.

So I placed my online order for the Pan Box deal with drink, I went through the drive-thru lane and paid, I arrived a little early because I wanted my food hot after a 3-hour drive from the Ozarks, and worst decision. 1st they forgot to give me my drink I ordered, so I had to go back around to retrieve that, then I got home only to find that my order was WRONG. So I got back in my car and went back to get my order corrected, they were so nonchalant about my order being wrong as if it was ok. I ordered a pan pizza with regular sauce pepperoni and black olives and boneless wings with a Starry drink, but I got a pan pizza with some white sauce and black olives only. I looked at my receipt and it's like they didn't even look at the order properly or just didn't care enough to. Still not looking at the receipt I gave them for the correction, they asked me what I ordered. They remade my pizza and gave it to me with no apologies and now my wings are not hot. Just bad on bad, it'll be A LONG TIME BEFORE I RETURN TO PIZZA HUT. NOT TO SELF AND OTHERS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. I gave them a tip beforehand but I wish I hadn't because no tip is deserved.

Was ordering online and canceled when the app wanted me to tip for carry out. I don’t tip for you to hand me a pizza across the counter. Good luck with that, won’t be back.
My regular go-to Pizza Hut place. Overall, it has been an above average experiences. Once in a blue moon there’s a hiccup, but 95% of the time, I’m a satisfied customer. Should you come here? Yes. Why? I recommend it because I come here. If this changes in the future, this review will change too. Happy dining!

We ordered wings and Pepperoni Pizza. Although I have eaten P.H. in the past this was terrible. The Pizza was old and tasteless. Cheese was congealed and Pepperoni dry.
