I was a server here about 20 years ago. There are currently 4 tables in the restaurant. Waitresss never acknowledged me..I had to flag down the cooks. The waitress can't handle 4 tables and a walk in? This location just can't keep up back of house and front of house. SHOUT OUT TO THE GUY CUTTING THE PIZZAS! I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN AS YOUR WAITRESS CAMT HANDLE 4 PEOPLE...SHE NEVER MADE EYE CONTACT!!!! REACH OUT TO ME!

Store informed me it's against their policy to bring my order out to my vehicle, I am a paraplegic and unfortunately will not be back. I ordered my pizza online paid and tipped to walk 15 feet out front door. Wow

I just had to take my family of 12, with 4 who hadn't even arrived yet to another restaurant to eat lunch because the 4 very young people who work there said they could not accommodate 2 separate booths of 6 walking in at the same time due to calling us "a party of greater than 8-10" per their policy. Per their policy. I would like to recommend additional training so that this restaurant doesn't lose any more business due to a lack mindset. I'm very disappointed.

A few weeks ago we tried to reserve the party room for a date 3 weeks in advance. We were told that they couldn’t because they wouldn’t have the staff. Since then we have tried calling to order carryout and no one picks up the phone. Tried for 30 minutes. Service has just gone downhill.

castle was really unprofessional and took the order wrong and blamed the customer then refused to make things right with the order completely rude and made it known he is the manager talked so fast and could care less about the customers
This pizza shoppe location has terrible customer service. Their excuse for messing an order up instead of apologizing is “oh we have a bunch of new people” and then when you ask them kindly to fix it “oh we are closing soon but I can give you a store credit” No. I want my order corrected like a normal restaurant with average customer service would provide. Absolutely unreal. Will not be returning and sucks to say because my family has long been customers of this location. The world we live in!
