I just had to take my family of 12, with 4 who hadn't even arrived yet to another restaurant to eat lunch because the 4 very young people who work there said they could not accommodate 2 separate booths of 6 walking in at the same time due to calling us "a party of greater than 8-10" per their policy. Per their policy. I would like to recommend additional training so that this restaurant doesn't lose any more business due to a lack mindset. I'm very disappointed.

A few weeks ago we tried to reserve the party room for a date 3 weeks in advance. We were told that they couldn’t because they wouldn’t have the staff. Since then we have tried calling to order carryout and no one picks up the phone. Tried for 30 minutes. Service has just gone downhill.

castle was really unprofessional and took the order wrong and blamed the customer then refused to make things right with the order completely rude and made it known he is the manager talked so fast and could care less about the customers

This pizza shoppe location has terrible customer service. Their excuse for messing an order up instead of apologizing is “oh we have a bunch of new people” and then when you ask them kindly to fix it “oh we are closing soon but I can give you a store credit” No. I want my order corrected like a normal restaurant with average customer service would provide. Absolutely unreal. Will not be returning and sucks to say because my family has long been customers of this location. The world we live in!

I always enjoy eating at Pizza Shoppe.This local pizza chain is a must try.I love their pizza and salad with their special pink ranch.I love their weekday lunch specials.The prices are affordable. The service is pretty quick. I never had an issue with the crowd.

One of our favorite places for pizza. The mini with a generous salad is a great bargain and was quick out of the kitchen. My only con would have been I don't care for sauce on my pizza and the server forgot to put that on my ticket. I had a perfect replacement in less than 5 minutes. It happens. Food was great as always.

I ordered a king-size pepperoni pizza, garlic breadsticks and also a house salad because I was intrigued by their special dressing called “the pink stuff.”I started with the salad - the pink dressing was quite good, the lettuce was fresh, and it included a good portion of shredded mozzarella. Then I had a few slices of the pizza - it was delicious! I liked the thin, “cracker” crust and it also had a good portion of cheese.The garlic breadsticks, however, were a little disappointing. I was expecting warm, soft breadsticks, but these were tough and chewy.Overall, this was a good meal; I saved half the pizza for breakfast this morning and it was still good cold!

Pizza Shoppe is my favorite pizza. We got families together after church recently, and they didn't disappoint, as usual. Pink stuff for our salad, extra cheese on king-size pizzas, and a sandwich ahead of time for one of our group who didn't have much time before work were all quick and tasty.Our server has been at this location so long I can't remember a time without them. This says a lot about a great local business!
