We were craving pizza, didn't want to drive 45 minutes to Missouri to Pizza Ranch. We read the reviews on Pizza Street website all the 5 stars it was a win win we loaded up & headed to Pizza Street. This would be our first time visiting once we arrived I was thinking this place is similar to CiCi's I was looking forward to the cinnamon rolls. When we paid for our food & I saw the line with the Pizza I was ready to turn around & go back out the door but we had already paid for the buffett. I placed an order for a meat lovers pizza maybe that would make me feel better. The pizza at this establishment is HORRIBLE & NASTY I would never eat here again. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH. They use the cheapest ingredients they can find. I don't recommend this place

I’m disappointed, My large family and myself have enjoyed going to Pizza street for almost two decades. Today my husband and I took our three kids in to eat after some appts we had. My husband has allergies and can’t eat any of the food here, he knows how much our kids enjoy it so he brings us still. Usually they let him sit with us without paying (even though there is a sign posted stating you must pay to sit) so I appreciate them accommodating us. Today we went in as normal and I explained (as I always do) The cashier said he needed to check with the manager, she walked over and gave push back, my husband said he was fine with paying, he didn't want to argue. he was holding his Tea from McDonald's, she said he also couldn't bring that in. My husband was frustrated at this point but said that was fine and that he would take it back out to the car and asked if he could just go ahead and pay for all of the buffets. The younger female manager was then very rude and told him no and that we all needed to leave. We were shocked, the kids were extremely confused and honestly so were we. I have a rather large family and this use to be on the rotation for after church lunch, I guess we are no longer welcome here?

if you want top notch, high quality pizza...this is NOT the place to go. If you want a whole bunch of stuff that is technically edible, at an affordable price, this IS the place to go. Overall, we got our moneys worth...but it is not great pizza ...... its pizza'ish and its not too expensive. The kids liked it so i wont give it 1 or 2 stars. If it was just my wife and i, it would've been 2 stars. 2 stars on service. 1 star for food quality and taste. 4 stars on affordability.

All people who enter are required to pay, even if you aren't going to eat. As someone with a lot of food sensitivities, i cannot eat here. My child had a group event here, and it was either drop them off alone or pay to enter.

Staff was friendly and kept up with the rush when we were there. Great little stop when you're out with the kids and want a little variety with pizza. The dessert was fresh along with the items on the buffet.
