Kid took my order with gloves on the went in the back and made it with the same gloves he handled cash with. Didn't eat it just didn't want to start anything because it seemed more like issue of he wasn't trained. Atleast I hope

I LOVE planet sub and usually my experience there is great. But today it just wasn’t, (i get being busy and having tons of customers) but today was not cool. First of all they got my order COMPLETELY wrong, I asked for vinegar on my sandwich, They gave me a cup of salad dressing?? I also asked for black olives and there was absolutely NONE in sight or on the sandwich. And last when the kid called out my name i had to walk up to him myself and clarify because he wasn’t speaking loud what so ever, the most neutral tone i’ve heard.
Please fix this. I love Planet sub but i hate paying almost 20 dollars by myself for my meal to be wrong.

I enjoy The Planet Sub sandwich with chips and a drink. I prefer eating in the restaurant as the sub is toasted and tastes best fresh from the kitchen.
However, I've gotta knock the service and overall score down a bit. The staff is always friendly, but if you modify your order at all, make sure you check before eating. Too many mistakes coming from the kitchen recently even though my receipt shows the correct order. It's frustrating having to send an order back.

The meatball sandwich was magical, It teleported me to a dimension of pure happiness and enlightenment. The guy who made my sub needs to be locked up because making food this good is better than drugs. I will coming back for more.
Why do you offer chips as a side dish with Uber eats but you do not offer chips as a side dish with DoorDash? We order from you quite a bit. This is very frustrating and by the way …today’s order, we found a hair in our sandwich and we only received two dollars and some change credit through Uber. What a joke. At least fix the chip issue we prefer DoorDash.
