So frustrating when you order a sandwich with 4 -5 ingredients and there are missing ingredients!!!! $15 for a sandwich and can’t even enjoy it‼️

I’ve been to this location several times and have always received fast, friendly service with delicious food and a clean environment. There are usually plenty of tables and ample parking, even at busy times. No rocket ship needed to head to this planet! ?

To my unfortunate experience they only have a wheat blend bread option which with awheat allergy does not accomidate to enjoy or rate my experience therefor i give their food a 1 out of 10. The atmosphere was nice quiet and calm a 2 out of 10 since i couldn't sit and enjoy what they were selling. The customer service was on point but the training was not the gentleman who assisted me didnt know if their gluten free bread had wheat in it or not. Will not visit planet sub again.Dietary restrictions: They do not offer a wheat free allery menu optionParking: 40Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair accessible doors, and counters.

That's a great little sub shop. They toast their subs and I love their ham and cheese.

Staff is nice and the best part of this place. The floor and table were both sticky. Ordered cheese steak sandwich. For a nearly $14 sub, after tax, the food portion was half of what I have experienced nearly ANYWHERE else. I'm pretty sure Subway even serves more meat than I got on the sandwich here! If you want a good warm cheese steak, go to Jersey Mike's.

We were there during lunch rush, the line moved fast, the subs came out quick. Huge plus when on your lunch break. Subs tasted good.3 of us got meals and it was 50 bucks but I suppose you can't go out to eat anymore, really anywhere and not spend a Grant.

I had the rueben on gluten free white bread and didn't get sick. Their bread is nice and didn't fall apart. Definitely be going back.Dietary restrictions: They don't always have glisten free bread as they make it themselves and it is good. Can ahead.

We are done eating Planet Sub. Absolutely the worst sandwiches we have ever had. We ordered on a Friday at 5pm 3 6” subs: Green Turkey, Creamy Crab, and a Ham and cheese. The meat was completely flavorless, the bread was gummy like Subway serves, we all complained of indigestion. The ingredients were sparse, actually paid for extra bacon, could not tell. The ingredients were also separated to one side of the sandwich from the others and did I mention…. Flavorless. No, we are not ill, tastebuds are intact. We do love Yellow Sub in Lawrence, but these KC franchises are a joke.

Food was hot and fresh. The only to make it better would have able to have a pepsi with my sandwich.
