The Popeye's located in Olathe, KS is SO bad. Did not receive sauce we asked for. Ordered a 5 pce tender and they were so THIN and OVERCOOKED I couldn't chew it. Mashed Potatoes had hardly any gravy. Shrimp was undercooked or at least had been sitting TOO long, kinda soggy-like. Crossing this one off our list of restaurants to eat at EVERY week on our way home from Ottawa.
I ordered ahead online to make sure the food would be ready when I got there and that I would not have to wait in the drive thru line. I get there during normal posted hours and there is a paper sign on the door saying the lobby is closed. Had to wait in a 25+ minutes in the drive thru line to pick up my food and don't get so much as a sorry for your wait. I love Popeye's but won't be going back to this one.
Made a $50 call-in order on website and got to restaurant and was told they had no order for me (asking for my name). Told I had probably ordered at a different restaurant. After checking the order on my phone, I verified the address and gave drive thru the address of their store. Was told by drive-thru personnel that "well, that doesn't help anything".
