The blackened chicken strips were small. The drive-through forgot to bring my order out after asking me to pull forward....I waited 20 minutes for it before checking again.

Never tried Popeyes before but since it was the only place open during the super bowl game, I gave it a try. Ordered some chicken sandwiches and they looked alright enough, The presentation is nice but they tasted so boring, all the crispiness and no flavor, kind felt like I was eating a large chip and the chicken meat was rather boring too.

This place is trash and garbage 🗑

Ordered $60 worth of food for a family dinner and picked up at store. Had to ask for honey and butter for the biscuits , where they were very stingy about giving more than one or two packets. Got home and the mashed potato’s containers were not even half full. The Chicken pcs didnt have very much meat on them. And the strips were mostly fried batter Just a bad experience all around.

I had an awful experience at Popeyes. I waited after the drive-through for 30 minutes, which felt unusually long, and unfortunately, I never received my food. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed or disorganized. I understand things can get busy, but clearer communication or better service would have made a big difference. Hopefully, they can improve for the future

We were visiting this store this afternoon and we had unpleasant experience. One of the employee made a fun of us. And the other employee was giggling and then said sorry to me. I have not seen that was funny. He was making fun with my culture. That was disrespectful and disturbing to us. We didn’t want make a scene in the store, especially in Minus 2 of Christmas Day. But still, that was hurting us. Very disappointed with your employees disrespect attitude towards us and ours culture.

I was at your restaurant Sunday 12/15/24 early evening. I ordered the spicy chicken wings. The girl who took my order said they are now made with ghost peppers. (I've always ordered the spicy, and it was never really hot, just flavorful.) I asked her if they were spicy hot and she said No. Uh, what the h*ll, they were incredibly hot and not very flavorful at all. I ended up with a few mouth sores, vomiting and diarrhea from eating them. Popeyes, why did you change the recipe, and why are you now not doing full wings? Very, very disappointing.

It's hit or miss here. The food is typically prepared well. Order accuracy is typically way better than average. Service is spotty, sometimes they are engaged, sometimes they are disconnected from the ethos of service. The restaurant is clean sometimes, and not so much at other times.

Ice cold food. Do not ever order ahead. Everything was cold. Soggy cold fries stuck together in a brick. Cold biscuits, cold chicken, not only is the mashed potatoes cold vut the lack of gravey is ridiculous. There is such a skimpy amout of gravey the bottom of the container isn't even covered. Why am I getting potatoes and no gravey? Worst ever from this place.

The Meal 12 piece original chicken, 2 Large sides, 6 biscuits.
The price came to little over 42 bucks.
The 2 Large sides were more like small size.
Red Beans n Rice would be the one reason to go back..just for the red beans n rice.
Mashed potatoes n Gravy..never again
The Chicken no flavor and just never again is all we have to say.
For that price..go to a steak house or real restraunt
This was way way to expensive and the food was totally Not.
Pass never again, except Red Beans n Rice
