This location is miserable, 0 communication between workers orders coming out incorrectly, 20+ minute wait for a meal, cashier was clearly overwhelmed, an older gentleman ordered, then grabbed someone elses order without ever leaving the counter while making direct eye contact with the cashier and it was clear the drive through was their main focus

This location just can’t get it right. Every time I’ve gone through the drive through I’m told to park out front to receive my order. I end up waiting 30+ min for blackened chicken tenders and I normally have to go in and remind them. They are not busy so I don’t understand how they can forget an order or for it to take a long time to make. In the past I told them my name, went inside to see if it was ready and they had an order ready for someone else and asked me if I was sure it wasn’t my order…. Under someone else’s name….This past time I waited 30 minutes and when I got home realized they got my order wrong. I like their food but will not be returning to this location. I would recommend others do the same.

Terrible food made my son sick the chicken was so dry it was hard to chew. I got 3 sodas and no straws they forgot to put my 3 side rice and beans.

Completely messed up my order. I initially noticed they forgot a side. I went in and notified them. All employees I interacted with had an extremely thick accent and none of us were understanding each other.
I called the location when we got home because we realized they forgot an entire family meal as well (we had a large order). They guy that answered also couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. He put me on hold, hung up, and then they stopped answering the phone.
