Food was horrible. The shrimp were mostly shells and tails. The fries were soggy and cold. The sandwich was dried out and tasted worse with every bite until I got a rancid piece and threw it all away. Charge more for worse quality. Good job Popeye’s.

SEVEN YEARS I've avoided Popeyes solely because the wait was always painfully long but this location changed everything. I'm in so much trouble now because they served hot, fresh, delicious food in the drive thru at 6:15pm as fast as anyone else does ... I won't have to pass Popeyes by anymore. Friendly staff is clean, efficient and professional. Highly recommend this location!

This was a good 'Sunday after-church" lunch. The only complaint is that I thought I ordered a three piece chicken dinner, but I instead I got a chicken strip dinner. Food was good, but wasn't what I expected. Still will go there again.

The Popeye's located in Olathe, KS is SO bad. Did not receive sauce we asked for. Ordered a 5 pce tender and they were so THIN and OVERCOOKED I couldn't chew it. Mashed Potatoes had hardly any gravy. Shrimp was undercooked or at least had been sitting TOO long, kinda soggy-like. Crossing this one off our list of restaurants to eat at EVERY week on our way home from Ottawa.

I had pretty much quit going to this location last year because unfortunately my orders were often wrong. I hate complaining, so I just usually try to be thankful for what I got, but it eventually led to me going elsewhere.I tried Popeyes again a few months ago, and honestly, I've been coming back mainly because of one individual. I usually come in around 19:00 because of my break time and this guy named Juan is usually at the register.This guy has it down. While he's very congenial, he's also quick, articulate (his bilingual skills very comprehensive), and gets it right every time. If the line is not pressing, he engages in conversation as he is processing orders. Genuinely a nice person and I think a fantastic employee.Way to go Juan,keeping people happy and coming back!Best regards, Gregorio.

Miguel took our order was very friendly and fast. Clean building and good staff, I will be going back, when they aren't super busy. I don't expect super fast service when there is a lot of people. Others aren't as reasonable. Good staff, good food!

I asked for Fanta no ice and that didn’t happen and then I asked for a 6 piece with sweet and spicy and plain. That didn’t happen either. So I had to drive back and get the correct order which then they had an attitude about that. So I definitely won’t be back. The food is good but it’s not worth it for the poor service.

After waiting for 10 minutes for them to cook food I discovered they gave me nuggets with a side of the wing sauces instead of wings for some reason. Every time there is something wrong with the order or a delay. I like Popeyes but this location is not worth the hassle.
