Marcus Hatch is a poor example of a leader. He has no clue what customer service looks like. I will never do business with Potbelly again based upon our interaction. Spending at these outlets will cease in at least 3 states. Someone in corporate needs to find his replacement. He attempted to call the other day after my complaint on the corporate site.

Bre was awesome! I added peppers to my sandwich not realizing they had a couple different kinds and got some that i wasn’t expecting. I went up to re order without peppers and explained it was totally my fault since it was my first time eating here. She was super kind about the whole thing and got it remade for me really quick despite there being a decent lunch rush happening. She even took the time to show me the different kinds of peppers they have in case I wanted them for next time since I decided to forgo them all together today! She seems like she works really hard so whoever handles wages/payroll should definitely give her a raise! Sandwich was great too :)

First time at a potbelly and not impressed. Sandwiches were ok but seemed overpriced. None of the workers seemed like they wanted to be there - not friendly at all. Probably won't return next time we visit

Everytime I come to KC from Vt I eat here! Incredible bread. Love the meats and fresh vegetables! If you love a hot sandwhich this is the place. Friendly staff very clean.

For a sandwich shop, this seems so expensive. $10 for a regular sandwich and over $4 to add chips and a drink. It isn't bad but it's not great. I had the meatball which was disappointing. The other person has the Italian. It was the second time and I was told it wasn't as good this time. They do run specials which is why we go.

I stopped by for the first time today, on a last second lunch thought. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bryan walked me through the menu and made my food. Soup and sandwich are both delicious (and not expensive at all)! Thank you Bryan! Will definitely return!

The older female worker put a huge amount of blue cheese ( like a wad) on my roast beef sandwich on 4/29 at 6:30pm It was disgusting ! If that is who is in charge there is nonhope for that place. Super gross waste of my money.

I ordered “The Wreck” and something about it didn’t taste right. I had to spit it out and throw it away. Not sure if the lettuce wasn’t fresh or what was the cause of the bad taste. Sad cause this was only my second time to try a Potbelly, last time was several years back at closed mission store. After this bad experience I don’t think I’ll be back

I’m so confused by this location. The employees used to be awful. We quit coming altogether the. It closed. No surprise. When it opened again we gave it another shot. The first few times we came it was really goo and the employees were great. Then we had a not-so-good experience followed by several very good experiences. Today the man who made my sandwich clearly wish he was doing anything else. He scraped the hard crust off the top of the hummus and instead of discarding it, put it on my sandwich. Just why??Went again tonight. Everything was great! Thanks ShanRica!
