First of all SIMON is amazing. Calm, knowledgeable, and funny! Thank you for having us from Texas and New Jersey. You were a great waiter and the food was awesome. Try the Sex and the City sushi it’s fantastic.
Food was good…albeit I was forced to do take out. I arrived at 9:20, they close at 9:30 so I did not get to experience the service nor atmosphere very well.
I’ll bet it would have been good but they gave me a bag and the boot.

For 12 years I’ve been trying sushi all around the Kansas City metro. My first experience was sake lounge and I didn’t realize how truly lucky and rare of a spot it is. Till this day I have friends trying to get me to a sushi spot and I’m always disappointed in comparison. It’s even made me continue to come back to Kansas City.
