this place used to be great now it’s gone downhill. order a Turkey Original and they always forget to put salami on it. this has happened several times but the final straw was when i asked for them to fix it and they just looked at me and said, “no ingles!” this is the last time you people rob me

We time to time have Schlotzsky’s delivered to my work for lunch and since the sandwiches always make me sick after eating them I absolutely love the pepperoni flatbread! I recently only had a 20 minute lunch so had lunch delivered and I did the pick two online. 3 and 1 tiny piece was what I got…in a large enough box to fit a full. Since I had it delivered I paid double the price for fee and driver tip. Not doing it again!

The drive thru here has always been so efficient and friendly, top notch service! Tonight the bread was cooked to perfection and sandwich was perfect as well as the soup 🫶🏻 the Older gentleman working the drive thru window was so kind and sweet, i was one of the last orders of the night after a long shift it was much needed. I didn't get his name and I did an online order but I just felt really compelled to let yall know he's an amazing employee!

We had a wonderful experience here me and my daughter.! I got that tomato bisque soup. My daughter had the kids pizza with mac & cheese and we shared a large Cinnabon roll. The person at the register was named Alex was so very nice He took his time to help me because this is my first time here was very patient and helped me with all my questions I’m sure that were dumb. The food tasted completely fresh. The place was very clean. I think the service is what made me really enjoy this place the customer service is a thank you!!
