The folks at Scooter's are always top-notch when it comes to the customers. They greet you with a smile and always have interesting conversations. Yes, they are also faster than Starbucks, and their drinks are made with low-fat ice cream, and yes, they make drinks with no sugar. My favorite is their Pumpkin Spice Blenders.

My wife and I get coffee at this location every Sunday morning before church. Katie usually is at the window to greet us with our drinks. She is very friendly and has great customer service skills. She even remembers that we come here each week which just further shows her attentiveness to her job.

Ordered a iced mocha with whip... unfortunately they had no whipped cream. What coffee house doesn't order enough whipped cream? Very disappointed and probably won't return to this location.

My drink was over blended for me. Only had half. Wasn't cold enough either.
6.29.24 Scooters is my favorite place to get coffee always. This location I only had one employee working at the time. We stopped in the dump truck and he let me walk up to the window to order which is a plus because dump trucks won't fit through the drive-thru. However, both of our coffees were incorrupt. I ordered an iced mocha and got an ice vanilla. My daddy ordered a peanut butter crunch blender but it was melted. Both still taste good, just not what we wanted.

Not only did I NOT get the coffee I ordered..after ordering ahead …but this also comes after having to wait in a 35min line. There were 4 cars ahead of me each taking about 10min each, that shouldn’t be a 35 min wait. I get to the window there is only ONE person inside a she says the drinks the drinks I ordered are no longer available, I would have to call for a refund. So she gets me regular cold brew drinks. They tasted burnt/bitter. It took 10min to prep 2 cold brews as she was also taking orders. The line ends up around the building in two directions by the time I leave. I felt bad for her ..but also for the people waiting because if their drinks were anything like mine they weren’t worth waiting for. Nice girl but horrible drinks and super frustrating that you have drinks on the mobile app that are not in store. Also why order ahead to wait in the line anyways? Let’s make things make since. Needless to say I won’t be back to scooters for a long time, if ever. An for sure not this location. This is sad because it’s right by my house.
