I have been a loyal customer for years, going there a couple times a week. This morning, their app updated while I was in line and it deleted my card on file. No problem, I have several rewards I can redeem. Unfortunately, without a card on file it wouldn't let me. I explained this at the window and was told sorry they would be unable to serve me. Even though they could see the rewards available there was nothing they could do. That is not good customer service. Very disappointing!!!

This is the worst scooters in town. In my town I mean the Kansas side of Kansas City area. I've been to this location multiple times over the past few weeks and every time it has been bad. Baby are you when you pull up, refused to give you drink stoppers, and my coffee is never actually full like it is everywhere

Love this place but the lady at the window almost blew me out of my car on how loud she was at 7am. At the window it was even worse very very loud and calling me love and my love. It was way over top I felt bad for the poor girl she was training. I will go to any other coffee shop now. She might be a great employee but she needs to learn how to talk to people at 7am. Don’t call me love either I am not 90.
We get coffee every Sunday morning from the Scooters on Parker St location. They recently hired a new barista (or maybe she changed hours to Sundays). She is excellent. Always peppy and upbeat when we get our coffee. This location has had others that have been great as well. And our orders have always been correct at this location; I cannot say the same for other locations.

This had become our go to Scooters but the last three times I have asked for no whip on my drink and that has not happened. My husband got coffee today and the lid was not on all the way and hot coffee spilled on him. Also my drink tasted like the espresso was burned.The people who work there always have great customer service! Just disappointing the coffee has gone down hill.

Usually I love scooters but today I ordered a medium coffee and she took my card and than gave me a large and I told her I ordered a medium not a large and I didn’t want to be charged for the extra which is why I ordered a medium and I also added whip cream and there was none on it so I’m very upset. The girl working the register said she can’t do anything about it. prob won’t be back
